Would definitely stay here again!

Generally centrally located, within a short walk to everywhere/everything we wanted to do. A 15 min walk to the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. Mostly quiet with minimal disturbances. There was a random buzzing noise the first night that was coming through the wall, but other than that, it was quiet.

There was no curtain on the shower, so the water sprayed out into the bathroom floor and there were no wash clothes provided, but that is literally our only complaint.

Okay room, inconvenient layout

The room was okay, but keep in mind that the reception, the rooms, and the restaurant are all located in separate buildings. This means you have to go outside and walk each time you want to speak to reception, or go for a meal. Had I known this beforehand, I probably wouldn’t have booked. The hotel itself is a bit outdated but overall fine. Also, be aware that they require a deposit upon arrival, so consider that when planning your stay.

We will be back for a longer stay in future

Location was great. We were in the suite and it was huge. Had a little garden area we could open the door to that over looked the water. Clean and comfortable beds. Good shower. Really could not fault the property it was great. Staff spoke good English.

Booked two superior rooms together landed up getting one superior room in one building and another non superior room in another building which was a descent walk considering it was snowing and cold

Super pet friendly and amazing location with great staff

The hotel is in great location, it is pet friendly and they provide a bed, a bowl, a treat and a toy and a towel for your dog, making worth the pet fee. Staff was amazing, the room had a great view, the bed was super comfy. Parking is in the location and they have parking outside or in garage. The hotel is closed to green areas of the city making very pleasant the walk to the city center.

The smell in the hallway entering the building, where the lift is located is like some humidity.

Location is very good, you can walk to the center of the city easily and parking facilities are available at the hotel. Shower in the bathroom is great and hotel is clean.

Great spot for a night in Luxembourg

Good location, clean rooms, comfortable bed and quiet sleep. We could store our bags before check in time.

Only small very thing- reception asked me for my email, address, passport etc. I provided all of that when I booked so would be nice if I didn’t need to do that again. We were also asked for a credit card to have on file for breakfast, even though we did not want to eat at the hotel.

Nice hotel in good location.

A really unusual hotel complex just a few minutes' walk from the centre. The room was extremely comfortable with a nice view. (The view from the terrace was spectacular.) It was nice to have a kettle in the room. The staff were all very pleasant.

The air-conditioning was a little noisy. But overall no complaints!

Stay in the main hotel, not the out-building

I liked the location hence choosing this hotel. It was also very clean which I appreciated considering the room and building was quite old.

Many of my clients have stayed at this hotel and never had any complaints from them. I booked a single room thinking and hoping I'll have the same experience. I was allocated a 'classic' room in another building (Goeres Hotels). The room was very hot, although there was a fan. It was on the main road so I could not really open a window due to the increased noise. The curtains were also not blackout which for some may not be an issue, but it did cause an early wake-up for me. I'm sure there are better 'single' rooms in the main building of the hotel where I had my clients stay, so I'm sure this was not the only option. I'm a bit disappointed. I do appreciate that the room was clean.

Situation. Very convenient for centre of the city.

Parking expensive. Some sort of power cut meant could not check in for well over an hour after arriving and no offer of a drink of anything while waiting. Just apologies and suggestion I went away and came back later.

A great little hotel

This hotel offers very good value for money. It’s near enough to walk into the city but not bang in the centre to make driving a problem. Easy to find and it has a parking garage. The hotel’s terrace is a lovely place to sit and have a drink. ( we didn’t manage to eat there) We would stay again

Awful. Would never go back

Breakfast was good for a European hotel.

On arrival on the hottest day of the year (38 DegC) the barriers to the hotel would not open and no one from reception would come to open them so we had to squeeze our motorcycles around the barrier (8 motorcycles). We found the twin room we had booked turned out to be a double and there was no air con. The hotel had put some of us in the "classic Rooms and some in decent section of the Hotel. After complaining about the room we then were moved to a room with a portable AC unit, how this hotel was ever built without an AC system beggars belief.

Great stay, and we will be back in the future.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and had a great sense of humor, he explained that all Luxemburg's public transport was free of charge to visitors as well as residents. The hotel backs onto the lower part of the city, with stairs going down to it. Its only a short walk into the city, and feels really safe a night. Our room was small but adequate for the one night. The A/C was very welcome.

Getting into the car park is not easy in a right hand drive car. You need to position the car in the box exactly if not, the machine will not give you a ticket to open the barrier. Some instruction sent beforehand would have been helpful.

Great location with nice room, recently decorated, and easy parking.

Parking is quite expensive at 25 Euro per night. The building is a rather ugly 60s build. The pillows are very soft and puffy.

Unexpected deposit required.

Location was fantastic. Room was very clean.

€50/night hold on our card was unexpected, and those without a credit card will be out of pocket for their stay. The walls are very thin in the rooms, and the noise travels, particularly in the morning as the cleaners prepare to start. It was cheap & functional & we got what we paid for. The additional cost for breakfast though felt extortionate, so we didn't purchase that.

Incredibly close to town! Super easy 10 minute walk to everything. The room was renovated and nicer than I expected for the price. The staff was super helpful and kind. Could easily store my bags there after check out while I toured the city before my flight. Definitely would stay there again!

Clean hotel; fantastic location

The location is absolutely fantastic. A few minutes walk to pretty much all places of interest in town. Right by the airport bus too. The reception staff was lovely and everything about the stay was easy. I visited Luxembourg with my 11-year-old niece and the hotel was safe, quiet, and easy to navigate. She loved exploring the city.

Good for a Luxembourg city break

Comfortable and clean room, with AC unit in case of hot weather (it was cool and very wet during our stay in May!). Nice view over the park and convenient parking (for 25 Euro per night). Ideal location for a short trip to Luxembourg as it was just a short (10 minute) walk into the city.

Tea and coffee facilities were limited with only 2 small paper cups provided - we only stayed 1 night so this may possibly have been replenished later. We were woken by loud aircraft at around 6.30am and also late in the evening.

Very nice location, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice place to walk outside and get some nice pictures of the bridge.

The room said it would have a valley view…however since it was ground floor and at a weird angle, there wasn’t much to see from that room.
