Room was in the attic, but it had a large openable window that lets in fresh air Clean Check-in was quick and effective (albeit not secure, as all keys for guests are left unattended in the reception)

AC could not be switched on during the night Breakfast was not good (but not terrible) Receptionist was almost always never to be seen They ask you to write your credit card details on piece of paper :/

Tram line is in very close proximity to the accommodation. Good choices for breakfast and everything was very fresh.

The restaurant was advertised as open until 10pm on booking.com and there was a menu in the room also advertising the same yet the restaurant was not open at 8.30pm when I went there. There was no other suitable place to eat locally and I didn’t want to go far as I was on my own. It was suggested to go into the city but I did not feel safe doing this as it would be late when I returned. Very very disappointing as I could have gotten food earlier had I known in advance.

Convenient location with short bus ride to the downtown and breakfast is good.

All together it was great, I booked it for my parents they were very satisfied.

Price/quality acceptable for a short and functional stay.

I did not know there was a paid wifi option. The normal wifi worked at an acceptable speed. Room was clean, amenities limited but perfectly OK.

Parking was hell with no real options for covered parking nearby. I had issues with the noise on the property, with other guests slamming doors at midnight or stomping around and no staff to ask for an intervention. Breakfast was also limited, with all warm items being stone cold and the coffee machine did not work properly.

I booked this hotel only because it had PARKING and FREE PARKING. The hotel has 3 spaces only. We turned up with 2 motorcycles and no parking available. I would never have stayed here if there was no parking. Be aware only 3 spaces for parking that is almost impossible to get.

Good value for the price

Just 15 min by Tram to the Main station, and to the city center. The room was very spacious and clean, worth the money. Plus, the staff is very nice and helpful!!! I was a solo female traveler, and I felt really safe staying in Hotel pax! Totally recommend this place.

The ventilator in the bathroom was a little bit too loud once you turn the lights on. But other than this little thing, everything was really fine.

The small hotel is close to the last tram stop. The staff was very friendly. The room looked and felt new and clean. Our room was to the back and there was no noise from the road to the front. The breakfast buffet was ok.

Greta value for what you pay - large room, plenty of storage with lots of complimentary toiletries included. Breakfast is a basic continental, but still tastes great.

Bed and second pillow is slightly hard, but apart from that everything is perfect.

A comfortable and clean "home away from home"

I have spent 12 night here while looking for a permanent place to live at. The hotel is extremely easy to access via the tram and multiple bus lines. Despite being next to a somewhat busy road and the building hosting the restaurant La Locanda, the room was quiet and peaceful even during busy traffic hours! The room was well-equipped, comfortable and clean, a true "home away from home". There is regular cleaning as well - if you put the "do not disturb" sign out, they leave you a small "care package" of fresh towels and toiletries, so you can change them at your own comfort. There is a tiny fridge in the room as well, which is great for longer stays! The AC is strong and cools the room quickly when needed. Breakfast is generic buffet sortiment but it's hearthy and fulfilling. The staff is extremely helpful, cheerful and always smiling. :) If you need a place for longer stays, the prices are great, there are multiple shopping possibilities just a few stops away. In case you need laundry done, the hotel is helpful to do it for you, or you can access the laundromat near Gare.

Very good hotel, in the beginning it looked like a bit far from the train station and the center but with the tram it was fast to get in. Public transport is free and very organized. Nice attention, clean and good food in Hotel Pax.

The room is nice and clean and good size. The location is okay not far from the centre and there is a tram that is walkable that will take you within the city centre. Breakfast was ok. If you have a car, there is only 2 slots for customers and you need to find a parking garage. Reception is helpful in giving me suggestion on where to park.
