Staff + Hotel insude + but surrounding area very bad…
The staff is amazing! Great service, great food!
1. Room was too small, like in 3 star hotel, 2. The location is awfull, the worst place in Luxembourg. In front of Gare / Train station. In the late evenings it is better not to go out of the hotel… to noizy… in 200-300 meters drug dealers and “street of red lights”….. Strange how Mariott agreed to invest in this the worst location of the city (20 min walking). But issue is not the distance, train station is in front of the hotel..

Location is great
I booked 2 rooms for me and my kids, my booking is clear, 1 adult and 3 teens, they didn’t have connected rooms or near by They requested to pay extra to get 2 rooms near by, I refused as I already paid too much for that booking, they ended up giving us 2 tiny rooms next to each others. Was ok for 1 night however it didn’t feel good!

Long waits at reception No spa or pool One time someone rang my room and said they were checking if I'd been to the restaurant when I hadn't. One staff said its because the person forgot their gloves and another said they hasn't paid!

Nice hotel, good location.
location is nice, little walk to old town but tram is very close and free, so no issues. also the staff was very polite and helpful. we enjoyed the breakfast as well.
I had asked for a nice view room but couldn't get any, even though the room type was junior suit. apart from that nothing to complain about.
