Staff was very professional, the hotel was very close to Luxembourg station with market nearby. It felt safe for a solo female traveler. They even came for housekeeping, which I did not expect for a 2-night stay. My only “complaint” was the size of the room. It was very small, and had no room to lay my suitcase, and definitely could not open it up completely.

Good hotel with friendly staff. I did not like that a one-hour late checkout was only possible with at a high cost. Could not get A/C to operate properly so ended up opening window.

Breakfast has reasonable choices, and for an early departure, you can pack breakfast by yourself in a container provided. Kindly explained tourist information. The only drawback is that room 109 was so small, smaller than Japanese business hotel rooms.

Acceptable for a one-night stay. Bed was large enough and we both slept well, until an aeroplane woke us about 07:00. Shower room very compact - everything that needed to be was there, just very small. No steer parking immediately close, but the Fort Wedel car park was near, secure and €15 for overnight stay.

Lovely stay, we had a small room with a very comfy bed & pillows. The bathroom was very tiny & impractical. Toiletries were lovely in the bathroom. Breakfast was different & small but tasted good. Very convenient location to public transport. Staff helpful when coffee machine / tv not working (all was sorted). No major concerns, try to ask for bigger room. Bad internet Connection. Tv is not working so well, there is a delay time for every button click. There is no refrigerator in the room. Te is just two types… I miss early grey te.

This hotel certainly does not deserve a 4 star rating. On my arrival for a four night stay I found that the coffee machine in my room was not working. I reported this but four days later nobody had done any thing about this. There were no basic amenities like a kettle or a hair drier, Oddly, there was no door to the bath room, ok if you stay by yourself but not if you are sharing a room ! Despite their claim, there is no 24/7 reception, after 10pm you need your room card to gain entry. There was no bar in operation, every other hotel in the street had busy, thriving ones. It made me wonder if there were underlying problems. Well, there were some positives, staff were friendly, bed very comfortable, breakfast fine and tram stops and railway station just around the corner, However, this was not a hotel that I would necessarily recommend

A modern hotel near the train station. Huge bed, nice shower. Bathroom quite small with wobbly tap, but nothing to really complain about. Bed rather too large for the size of the room. Didn't take breakfast - mostly because of the cost (20€). Several grocery stores and cafes nearby. Had minor problem with aggressive begging nearby during the evening.

Kazakiwi is a great choice in Luxembourg, especially if arriving by train — it’s a very short walk from the station. The small hotel is well kept and has a simple aesthetic reminiscent of Japanese or Scandinavian style. The room was small, but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Nice bathroom, comfy bed. And big windows with a view out onto the street. We would stay here again for sure.

Modern, clean and well located just near the train station but probably a bit overpriced for what it is. The single room which I expected to be compact was VERY compact (prob about 2mx2m plus a bathroom about 1.5mx2m). In saying that, it did the job and I slept comfortably. The breakfast is very nice and 20 euro. I felt very comfortable in the area as a solo female traveller and had tons of free public transport options on my doorstep.
