The fact that the door at night need to be opened by the person in the reception, they should put a facility that we could open with our room card

A budget hotel with limited facilities but friendly staff and comfy rooms

The hotel was very near the main railway station and was very well located for buses and the tram route. This was ideal for us because we wanted to explore both Luxembourg City and the wider region. The reception was manned and the staff were friendly

The breakfast was limited and while the staff provided hot drinks to order, I would prefer to have the oportunity to help myself. The hotel was adjacent to the red light district and there were sometimes some people drunk or rowdy near the entrance, however, we never felt threatened or uncomfortable. There was no communal area to socialise or relax with friends before going to bed.

I liked the Yasha Hotel

We were pleased with the accommodations. It was in a friendly neighborhood that had a market, restaurants, bars within the block where the hotel was. The staff was friendly and competent. Bonus: The train station is a straight walk that is 5 minutes away! It was a leisurely walk to some tourist attractions. It was a 5 minute walk to the Luxembourg City train which is a free ride. If you know where you want to go it is better than a Hop On Hop Off bus.

It was tired looking as if it needed up dating No view as such from our room Aircraft overhead were very noisy we were not informed that this could have been an issue Street felt dodgy at night. Would not have felt comfortable venturing out on my own Groups of men hanging about on the street. Stripped club near by At breakfast the croissants were on the burnt side although the staff were pleasant Choice of breakfast wasn’t bad overall

Managed to park outside thanks to the help of the hotel reception. Seemed a dodgy area and apparently there was commotion outside throughout night but as room was at back I didn’t hear a thing and slept well

A reasonable choice for budget-conscious travelers

The location is very convenient: close to public transport, shops, restaurants, and within walking distance to the city center; Although the area has a mixed reputation, it seems to be improving and we didn’t feel unsafe; The staff was friendly and helpful; Daily housekeeping and fresh towels every day — a nice touch that made the stay more comfortable.

The rooms are quite small and may not fully meet typical 3-star standards; Some facilities and finishes could use an update; The neighborhood might not appeal to everyone, especially at night.

I couldn’t close the window and there was a noise coming from the bar across the street, The toilet bowl can’t be sat on as the step into the shower is in front of it.

I had a great experience staying at this property. It was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was very convenient—close to everything I needed, making it easy to get around. Overall, a comfortable stay and kind people! I would definitely recommend it!

Horrible price/quality hotel

The only good thing about this hotel was the somewhat good location, 15 minutes away from the old center and very close to the central station. Although the area did not look very safe during the night.

The room was very old and clearly not kept in good condition. The shower did not have a curtain, so while showering, water would get everywhere in the bathroom. On the first night, there was no hot water, and the room smelled very bad on the day of arrival. The room is very, very small, which wouldn't be an issue if the price was not 140 euros per night.

Comfortable bed, big bathroom, and nice to have a balcony

Room wasn't cleaned properly, there was still a lot of trash on the balcony from the previous guests. The socket near the bed didn't work and the neighbourhood was a little sketchy.

Cheap but still not recommended

The staff were very nice. The location near the station was very convenient. The room was well cleaned.

This is a comparatively cheap hotel for the city, but it was still disappointing. Half of the power sockets in the rooms didn't work, including the ones used for the TV and hairdryer. The kettle didn't work and I had to ask it to be changed. The shower fixing was broken and we had to use it by hand. We were only given 2 teabags for a 2 night stay (not important really, but a couple of extra teas or coffees would have been appreciated). The hotel is located on a street with many bars and even strip clubs and this meant there was a lot of noise at night. Not really the fault of the hotel, but there were rooms located away from the street side, I don't think the hotel was very busy, it would have been nice to be given a room away from the noisy street. It wasn't horrible by any means, but could have been better with a few minor improvements.

they were lying about the garage and told us the garage is full but later we noticed they don't have garage and many other things that made us unhappy.

A truly comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean, cozy, and well-designed, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect for exploring Luxembourg, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the high level of service. I’ll definitely be coming back to the Yasha Hotel.

Only close to train station

Iintercom phone was not working, if you need anything have to go to front desk, no cleaning everyday, during my stay only once they clean room, have to go to front desk for towels even, locker was not working in room for important documents, PowerPoint not forking for charging , couldn’t sleep night time because street full with junkie people in night, shouting , yelling all night, not happy

We were directed to a public car park where people were doing drugs outside so we decided not to risk stopping here for our safety and that of our motorbikes.

The water was hot in the shower.

The bathroom had holes in the walls and did not appear to be finished. The shower head was placed at the two foot high level. Being 6’3”, it proved challenging.

With a room at the 2nd floor, window over the road below, it was pretty noisy. I could hear the people (often junkies) down the road talking/screaming, I was woke up at 5am for that. Yasha hotel should install noise-proof windows!

The location was good near the Railwaystation. Of course quite far from old city, but by tram you can travel for free.

The location has side effects. I didn’t actually feel unsafe but I would’t walk alone nearby at night.
