Superb experience

The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The bed is really comfortable, the heating/cooling system works well, the is coffee in the room.

The hairdryer is a bit weak, so it doesn’t really dry your hair well, which could be an issue in cold days but that’s a minor inconvenience.

Fantastic value for money, cute little hotel

Fantastic and comfortable hotel - clean, quiet, great room size, great price for the value you're getting. Sadly we were only there for one night, but if we were to return to Luxembourg, Kazakiwi would absolutely be our hotel of choice. Also great location, close to the train station and tram stops but we walked absolutely everywhere, the city centre was just about 15 mins walk away.

Tasty breakfast, modern bathroom

Moldy room in the backyard does not correspond to 4* hotel at all. Very far from pictures on the Booking. No fridge, table almost none.

The room is very small and uncomfortable for two people. The hotel, although it bills itself as a four-star, falls completely short of that standard, as it lacks everything: no lobby, no comfort, no amenities

Yes quite a stylish room located very close to station.

I would have been nice to have a kettle in the room instead of a coffee machine. My room was facing the road so quite a bit of noise from the bar/ restaurant opposite.

Comfortable stay in a great location.

The location was excellent - just around the corner from the train station, buses and trams, and a short and pleasant walk into the centre. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, the room itself was extremely comfortable (a very comfortable bed) and well laid out. It was nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I would be extremely happy to stay here again.

Bad room, uncomfortable, but good location

We liked the location

The room didn’t meet our expectations. It was located in a different annex building to the main hotel and they should actually put photos of this building up on their room options too, cause our room definitely wasn’t as good as shown on our booking. Room was very small, we hit our knees with the base of the bed ( sharp corner) every time we passed through to the bathroom. There were no racks or hooks for long clothing. There was almost no space to open our suitcases. The bathroom was tiny and there was again not enough space to hang up any tower ( bath or hand towel) Plus the room stank like feet. We really didn’t enjoy our stay. We gave our feedback to the staff at reception once we checked out, but they didn’t seem to be concerned or to acknowledge they should make it better.

Great location

The hotel was very clean and nice. The location is great, perfect to visit the city. The lady and gentleman at the reception were very kind, polite and sweet. My room was small but cute and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable, I slept very well. I could leave my bag at the reception both at check-in and check-out, so I could enjoy the city easily. Overall, I was very satisfied, and if I come again, I will definitely choose this hotel. Thank you.

Perfect location, close to all public transport but also in walking distance of the old city centre. The breakfast had plenty of options.

We would stay here again.

The location was awesome. It was close to the old city. The staff were very nice and helpful. Restaurants are nearby. We loved sitting outside in front of the hotel when they made tables and chairs available. Luxembourg has free public transportation which was extremely wonderful.

Not a big deal, but a few people said their showers leaked when they used the handheld shower head (rain shower head didn’t cause this). It would have been nice to have the tables and chairs in front of the hotel available every day and night

It was a pity we could not use the patio outside our room. Although we could see two chairs out there, the door was locked. The bathroom was rather small.

The room was luxurious and really cosy. It was easy to get around the city from here as well and being close to the train station meant arrival from the airport was straightforward

Loved it and would stay again.

The room was modern and impeccable. What I liked the most were (1) the bed & bedding (extremely comfortable), (2) the breakfast (fresh, healthy and savoury options, and excellent coffee), and (3) the shower. The location is very convenient a short walk from the train station. I appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine and beverage choices in the room, although I didn't get a chance to use it. The hotel felt like an oasis for a woman traveling alone, with lovely decor, very clean and safe.

Honestly, I found nothing to dislike, criticize, or suggest improvements upon. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Great boutique hotel in Luxembourg

The staff at Kazakiwi are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome. The room has a comfortable bed and a great shower. There is free coffee (Nespresso) and tea in the room. The hotel is easily reached by foot from the train station (5 minutes away).
