The hotel is great, but the street where it's located is dodgy

The hotel is great, very close to the train station & around 15 minutes walk to the city center. The staff is friendly, the room is spacious, the bed is comfy, the bathroom is good. We went there during winter time and the heating system was great. There are good restaurants to have breakfast & dinner around.

The street were the hotel is located is not great, there are a lot of nightclubs, it's a bit dodgy, we saw a few people doing drugs on the street and we felt unsafe going to the hotel. Nothing happened while we were there, but we didn't feel comfortable going back to the hotel at night.

Very friendly lady at the reception-desk ; rooms were very nice and the shower was magical !

Rooms were way to warm and opening a window is not really an option with the loud noise at the street-side. However, sleeping without blanket did the trick.

Ok for a short stay.

One minute away from train station, and easy to reach the center, restaurants and super markets and porn shops and drug dealers at the corner. The room is small but has everything you need and fairly quiet for a good night sleep. The airplanes take off in this direction but not too many.

Nobody bothered me in the street. One fight happened in the street in front of the door on Saturday night when coming home.

The location is great. It is near the main station. The room is clean. Minimalist but has everything we needed. Modern, clean design.

The location is great but the surrounding establishments are just a bit loud but the noise is manageable. We were still able to sleep well throughout though it would be perfect if they update the soundproofing of the rooms. But other than that, it is a good hotel. Great value for money.

Great stay, everything was perfect.

Fast check in and check out. Nice room and bathroom. Good quality for the price. Room on the backside had no noise at night.

Nothing bad about the hotel!! But the street it’s in felt a little sketchy. If I was not there with my boyfriend, I would have felt less comfortable at night.

Lovely quirky hotel, great rooms and lovely staff

Really loved the hotel, the staff were all so lovely and welcoming, the room was quirky but great, bed was comfy, our room overlooked the courtyard, so not pretty but quiet, and slept a treat! Loved the little touches in room, and having a fridge and kettle was brilliant. The road that the hotel is on, is a bit sketchy, but didn’t feel threatened at all, and such good location for the station!

JJ32 - a very pleasant surprise!

Very elegant hotel! Although close to the train station, it offered more than one would expect. That's why I gave up on another hotel and extended my stay by another night!

Big value for money stay close to the city centre

The room was clean and comfortable all the amenities were working and the WiFi had good signal, the balcony had a nice view on the street, with the doors completely closed there was almost no noise coming in from outside (incl. Saturday night), the shower was perfect. In general the stuff was friendly and the communication via messages on booking.com platform was great for a hotel with self check in

Bed and pillows not so comfy, the area is a bit dodgy at night, no need to feel dangerous just keep that in mind and be alerted if returning late in the hotel

The room itself was very nice. It was really clean and the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel was located really close to the station which was nice if we wanted to travel somewhere.

The street in which the hotel was located was not that nice, although it was close to the station. There were a lot of drug addicts near the hotel which made it sometimes a little bit uncomfortable and unsafe.

Great hotel, so so location

The property is just fine, the room and the bed very comfy. Nothing wrong to report.

However close to the train station, which may be very convenient depending on the reason of the trip, the alley where the hotel is located is full of really awkward looking people. Just next to the hotel is a night club, there are prostitutes and addicted. One morning, round the corner, I saw three people vaccinating themselves. Really really awkward and scary especially when dark.

Comfortable, Clean, Centrally Located

Very comfortable bed. Large room. Quiet. Mini frig in room. 2 quick blocks from the train station and tram 1 stop. There is a mini grocery store close by.

As a woman traveling alone, I didn't feel comfortable on this street at night. There are two strip clubs close by and lots of young men hanging out. During the day I felt safe. Hotel security is good and a room card is needed to access the elevator.

The bedroom and the bathroom were big. Both were very clean. Everything worked well. There were coffee, tea and water for free. The staff was kind and helped us with some information of the city. Perfect place to stay comfortable in Luxembourg since it is near Central Station.

The bathroom was good, and the bed was comfortable. There was also a fridge and a kettle in the room. Everything was close.

The street itself has some bars which created a lot of noise till quite late in the evening/night. No breakfast is available at the hotel itself, they offer an opportunity for breakfast in a cafe nearby.

Room was very spacious and well organised. Very central location near the main station. Handy supermarket nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Not hotel's fault but beware of Bar Barbarella which is close by. Seemed really friendly but charged 15 euros for an Aperol Spritz which is almost twice the price of most other bars. Also short changed us.
