Run away from this place! It’s not even cheap for what they offer.

To be honest, the only positive aspect of our stay was the location, as it was within walking distance to the city center. However, I would warn future guests to be careful, because the street at the back of the property felt a bit unsafe.

As for the negatives — unfortunately, almost everything else. There were no staff members on-site, and when I tried contacting the hosts both online and by phone, I received no response. The room itself was dirty and had bugs; in fact, both my friend and I ended up with bites. The sheets were stained, and both the room and the bathroom were full of damp and mold.

Beds were fine, room wasn't clean, early check in is a scam!

I booked early check in, which was completely ignored, we had to wait outside for almost two hours, and had to call several times so they could finally clean up!!! We didn't get the service we paid for and our refund was rudely denied.

Avoid staying here... it's not worth it!

The location, which was conveniently located by several public transportation stops for ease of getting around.

DON'T STAY HERE! The complete lack of customer service and response to our appeal for action to get rid of the ant infestation that plagued the room and building. In spite of a call and speaking with one of the apartment managers, they never called back with any suggestion for resolution. I even messaged them twice and didn't receive a response. I asked for additional information on the location of the washer and dryer (we couldn't find them), and they didn't respond. We wound up leaving within five hours of arrival because my wife and I were getting bit by the ants that were in the room and getting onto the mattress. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

it was a very close to the attractions of the city, around 20min walking to the main square and 12min to the train station, so was very useful like tourists.

The location was good, we could easily rich it from the FlixBus station and it was also close enough to the city centre so we could just walk to the downtown. We also did not expect tea and snacks to be available, it was a really nice bonus. And we are grateful to the hosts that we could leave our luggage in their locker without additional payment.

It was a little too loud when more people moved in the other room, the isolation could be improved.

Location was good, in a quiet area a 10 minute walk from the centre. Good for a 1 night stop over. Easy get in and out instructions. Value for money

Lights in the hallway continuously flickered on and off. The whole property needs so TLC and care, mould in the shower and smashed window at front of the house.

it had no electricity power. I couldn’t even charge my phone. the room and the upper floor was dark. There was someone’s hair on my linen of the pillow when I came in.

Great for a short stay but expect to get what you pay for.

Christian was great allowed us to wash and dry our clothes as we had been backpacking for a week prior. location is good not far from the centre but in a nice quiet area. hosts were great and liked the in-house snack bar with honesty box.

the floors creak badly I expected it being an old property but didn’t expect it to be as bad as it was (creaks through the night). I woke to a cockroach on the blanket on my first morning and found the walls in the shared bathroom covered in mould. the free tea and coffee would have been good but there wasn’t a glass or mug to be found throughout the building :(

Everything as expected, good price for good accommodation.

Location great, close to Central Gare even by foot, quit street, easy to find. Even shared bathroom was not an issue, since I expected much more problems with it. Wi-Fi connection great. I liked a Booklet with main info about the facility and transportation. Self-check in worked perfectly. Everything as expected.

The inside of the house was clean.

The outside of the house was quite run down. Having to go next door to use the kitchen was inconvenient. We knew it was shared toilet and shower. Still, it was annoying to have to walk down the stairs to use the toilet.

Good room, lack of contact, parking costs extra, dirty bathroom.

Bed was comfortable, free WiFi and coffee available for free as well. Really easy check in

so I booked this expecting parking which there was for 15 euros a night which annoyed me. Then when I tried to book the parking I got no response. I went for a shower and the plug instantly filled up which meant I have to clean all the hair out of it, not great. I asked to use the washer as it advertised having one which involved contacting the host, who then didn’t respond so I ended up using a local laundrette. The room was fine but all the extras I’d booked the place for were very disappointing.
