Nothing
Upon checking into Room 5, I immediately identified a pervasive odor of cigarette smoke. This is a direct violation of the advertised smoke-free policy and, more importantly, a severe health hazard. I notified the manager on duty immediately at the time of check-in. Despite this notice, management failed to respond and to remediate the situation or provide an alternative, smoke-free room.
To protect my health and safety (avoid asthma attacks during the first night) I was forced to vacate the premises after one night and secure alternative accommodations at my own expense.
The smell was so bad that my clothes took up the smell just for being in the room for one night.

The bed was comfortable
There was mould in my room, a very weird gas like smell. Toilet was tiny , the shower was located downstairs through the kitchen.
It felt unsafe as a single woman as in the room next to me were a bunch of men.
It was overall dirty and rundown.
I suppose you get fear you pay for , it was cheap.

Not true to the photos on booking.com
Moldy, shabby, no water at all, not livable. Photos will tell everything

Close to bus stop.
Room was not warm enough for the cold weather. I wish they can provide extra thick blanket.

Was really easy access and the “check-in” was smoothly
Unfortunately the room was pretty humid which probably explains the mold in my room (Room #5)

The location was good, about a 20 min bus ride from the centre. There was space in the fridge and the kitchen jad almost everything you need. There were no forks. They provide towels which is good if you're travelling light.
My room had black mold in the corner that was spreading.

Great location, close to public transport and very clean room and bathroom.
The kitchen could have used some improvements l - for example there are no forks and many pots and pans were dirty.

The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The place was generally clean and tidy, and had plenty of storage for clothes etc. Easily accessible and the host helped with queries beforehand and responded quickly. Close to public transport.
Although only around a 20 minute walk to the main town centre, it was across very steep hills so quite difficult to access. The rooms are not very soundproof, and the room next to us had a dog - which kept on barking late into the night. Also very easy to hear people in other rooms talking and moving around so did not have a good sleep at all. Only one bath/shower between i think 6 rooms, so hard to make use of the facilities in the morning.

• The location is decent — easily reachable by bus and about 10 minutes’ walk to the closest restaurant.
• The shared kitchen was functional, though not very practical due to the lack of nearby grocery shops.
• I stayed 4 nights in Room 5, which had a strong, unpleasant smell that made it hard to breathe upon entering.
• Although a window could be opened for ventilation, it leads to a passageway and has no mosquito net, making it unsafe to leave open at night.
• There was a large patch of black mold in the soffit, possibly the source of the bad smell.
• The lampshade was broken, and only one towel was initially provided - I had to request a second.
• The property has only one shared shower for all 5 rooms, and an extra toilet upstairs that is extremely small (~1m²).
• The stairs are very noisy, and any movement can be heard throughout the building.
• The mattress felt cheap and probably not very clean, while the furniture looked cheap and the most basic.
• At €71 per night, the overall standard felt below expectations — I believe a hostel would have been cleaner and better maintained.

Nothing
It is filthy, not as advertised, save yourself the hassle and book an Airbnb, they won't refund despite the room being not what was advertised, full of mould, dirt and hair. We saw the place and left immediately, complained and haven't heard back.

Check in was easy with the keypad.
Room was very clean and quiet.
Heating was great despite very cold weather.
It was great that there is common space inside, and as I arrived earlier before the allowed check in time, I was able to wait there. And even though the bathrooms were shared, they were always available.
The place had everything I needed: comfortable bed, table and chair to work at, kitchen downstairs (I didn't use it as I was only there overnight, but nice to have if staying longer).
Internet was in and out, which was very stressful as I had many important video calls.
Response times through on Whatsapp and Booking when I needed something was very slow (help with early check in, wifi not working etc.). I wanted to see if earlier check in was possible and messaged all the numbers that were listed but haven't gotten reply for hours (by the time I did it was already too late).
Also one thing to note: when you check in, take the key out of the box and keep it with you until you check out. I left it in the box (must have misunderstood house rules), and someone came, got the key, opened my door while I was inside napping, apologized and closed it, and then locked it and put the key back in the box. I only realized what happened quite a bit later when I tried to exit the room to go to the bathroom and realized the door was locked from the outside and I couldn't unlock it from the inside.... With phone numbers not responding it could have been bad, but luckily I knocked on the door from the inside and yelled to the people that were outside to come and reopen the door. LOL

They show pictures of real rooms but when I got there… this was the smallest tiniest room I have ever seen and it looked nothing like the pictures on booking.com .
It seemed clean and it is well located.
Smallest room ever and pictures were tricky.

The property sent me all the details days in advance, with very clear and easy-to-follow instructions, so the access was smooth and simple.
The accommodation was the cheapest I found for those dates.
The location is relatively close to the City Center and the main tourist attractions; around 15 minutes walk. There is close access by bus as well, and the public transport is free.
It is situated in a good area, and I always felt safe.
The toilets and shower were clean. In the morning the kitchen was clean.
The worst of all was that the room had MOLD, both around the window and on the corner on top of the bed (and spiders). See Photo
My single room from upstairs had a very small window. The worst is that the small window is at the backstreet level (see photo) so the room has very, very little light even during the day. I am claustrophobic, and I felt suffocated.
The location has very thin walls and you can hear everything!
The stairs squeaked; from my room, I was able to hear it every time some of the other tenants went to the toilet or up to their rooms, and during the night it didn't allow me to rest during the night.
Also, the automatic light in the hallway must have been broken because it would light up and turn off erratically clicking loudly every 2 seconds, which bothered me during the night.
Upstairs there is a toilet with a small sink and another laundry room with an available sink. The only issue is that upstairs there is only very cold water. Hot water is only in the shower room downstairs.
The room had a radiator, and although it was at maximum, it was barely warm, so during the night I was very cold!
The bed (mattress) was okay, but the blanket was thin and SHORT. I think it was for children, not adults, cause it didn't cover me entirely and I have... normal height of 1.70m, but the blanket must have had 1.50m. Again, I was very cold. Also, the pillows were poor.
The kitchen has insufficient cutlery, and I almost never found any clean.

The room was cozy. Bathroom was clean.
The stairs were squeeky. The lights in the corridor were fluctuating. In this price for a single room, I expected breakfast.

There was a kitchen with oven where we could cook. The cleaness was very good
It is a bit far from city centre, but public transport is free in Luxembourg and there was a bus stop near.

Very near to the city centre, very clean and comfy. Check in was easy. A great find in Luxembourg.
