It’s a great place to stay

The area is great it’s near the bus stop. The moment you exit the property you just walk a few steps and the bus stop is there. I would definitely recommend this place for groups as well as solo travellers. The room is spacious and the beds are quite big

The only complaint is the shared bathroom I think since it’s a shared bathroom between certain room numbers that’s where it can get quite difficult since other tenants or travellers need to use the bathroom so you gotta rush and unfortunately our group can take a long time using the bathroom .

Stay away from here

There was a good connection with public transport. Everything was as described. The place is a bit old-fashioned but somewhat cozy and in a nice location.

This stay was an absolute disaster. The bed in room 3 was so unbearably hard and insanely noisy that we barely slept a single night. It completely ruined our trip — we even left early out of pure desperation. I honestly believe this is a scam. I have no idea how this place gets such positive reviews. It’s a disgrace that Booking.com even allows such hosts to remain active. People like this should be banned from renting out rooms. The bed was so bad I would have slept better on the floor. Avoid this place at all costs.

Convenient but Could Be Improved

The location was convenient — there’s a bus stop nearby, and the host was helpful with the keys. I also appreciated that I could leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out, which made things easier.

However, there were quite a few stairs to reach the room (I nearly broke my suitcase carrying it up), and I found a few bugs inside, including a grasshopper. Overall, the stay was okay, but those issues made it a bit uncomfortable.

This hotel is scam

Be aware this hotel is a scam. Even though I paid and told the hotel I was arriving late, it was not possible to get in, the box with keys was broken. They offered no service, even though I called a full hour. I had to book another hotel at midnight. Terrible experience, they did not even offer to give money back even though I was not able to get in. Even booking cannot contact them. No phone number is working for the provided ones. And no one helps with anything on this hotel. I am wondering how is this even allowed to be on booking.

Excellent apartments for a short stay in Luxembourg. We did not meet the staff. All the keys to the entrance to the house and the room are in special boxes with a personal code. The room number and code are sent to the e-mail. It is possible to check in earlier than the specified time if the room has been cleaned. The room has almost everything you need for a short stay and is relatively clean. The shower is in the basement, but it is a completely modern bathroom, which has a toilet, bidet, shower cabin, washbasin, backlit mirror, hair dryer. It is quite clean and the water heats up well. There is also a toilet in the house and perhaps more than one. We did not use the kitchen, but at first glance it has everything you need. You can sit on the terrace. The house is located near the airport and the city center. The public transport stop is a few steps from the entrance to the house.

There is no mirror in the room. The drain in the shower cabin must be cleaned.

Simple, cozy and peaceful.

Its simple, cozy and the location is perfect. Everything was clean and all instructions where very clear. If you walk straight into the green area next to the hotel you can have a beautiful walk, slowly introducing you to the city (3rd picture). The shared balcony has a very nice view, perfect place to read after a long day of walking through the city.

It was super noisy, even tho my room wasnt next to anyone I could hear every footstep. Personally I didn’t care about this too much.

AVOID

WARNING: irresponsible dodgy owners, might be involved in shady rental business. They ghosted and refused to provide me with the signed invoice in paper form, which I needed to get the reimbursement from my company. They drop calls, ignore messages and are never on site. I am not sure whether they are just lazy and unprofessional or whether they are trying to avoid taxes for this business and are therefore scared to reveal their names and leave a paper trail. Either way, the place is quite clean and the rooms are pretty spacious. However, it is basically a hostel with a shared bathroom and paper-thin walls. If someone uses the toilet you will hear all the "musical" sounds in your room. If someone cooks something spicy in the kitchen, then you will smell it on the second floor. Their are also often airplanes flying quite low above, so it just adds to the irritation. As a result, you MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO SLEEP if you are sensitive to noise. The location itself is okay, but its remote from downtown. The bus makes it a quick ride to the city centre in the mornings, but the intervals become long in the evenings and it stops running very early, around 22h or so. You might be better off walking, but if it rains, then you will need to pay for expensive taxi. There are cheaper and better options around.

Perfect place for a short trip to Luxembourg

- check-in is super convenient - location is awesome, close to nature, the airport and the city. You can easily walk into the city center (around 30min) or take the free bus - kitchen is well equipped - everything's very clean - totally fine for the price

- quite loud because of airplanes landing - the house is poorly soundproofed, so you hear all the sounds from neighboring rooms

I will not probably book this property again.

The property is easily accessible if you are coming from the city center. Generally, it’s clean.

If you are coming from the airport and would take the bus 29 and maps suggested to walk, better not as the walk will be so long and steep especially with luggages. This has to be indicated on the description. It’s a house with several individual rooms and it can be noisy and loud as the doors creek, footsteps and loud noises from people talking. Basically, you hear every noise in the house. In addition, contacted the staff twice to ask about the iron for clothes and never got a reply.

Traumatic, uncomfortable, and disappointing.

The beds were clean and you could buy snacks in the shared kitchen.

We came back at night to be confronted with a stranger sleeping in one of the rooms. We called the number which was given with our booking but they kept hanging up the phone. As a result we only had one room to sleep in. This was then paired with the loud noises of airplanes flying over at night. The next day we wanted to take a shower in one of the shared bathrooms but immediately decided not to after finding the bathtub full of hair. After contacting the same number the next day they said they were going to “investigate” the situation. After three days I contacted them back after not hearing anything from them back. They said: “the situation will not be resolved”. I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication and responsibility after this shocking event. During the weekends there is no one at the property and after asking if someone would come, we got blatantly ignored.

The location was nice, there are busses just next to the hotel. It was cleaned and neatly. You also have all devices for cooking/eating.

It’s next to the road and the airport is close, so in the evening you can hear the noise of traffic. But at night it was good

Scam

None as I was not able to stay

Scam. The staff did not respond to me when I was asking for help even I contacted them many times and did not refund me back. They were contacted by booking.com customer service as well but they never responded. Such a worst experience for me booking this.

Cleanliness is absent.

I am afraid I have not had a good experience in this place. To begin with, it is called 'Good Connection Airport and City'. Well, if walking uphill/downhill 40-50 minutes to get to the city is a good connection, then I guess I have a very different understanding of what a good connection to a place is. Nevertheless, even though the connection thing bothers me, I do not mind that much a bit of exercise, in the end it's positive for your body. What does bother me is the cleanliness of the room. There was a very big spider in the room, which implies the room was not properly cleaned before our arrival. I think most people would not like this, but in my case I'm arachnophobic to make things worse. Moreover, when I went to take a shower, the shower gel was empty and the shampoo bottle almost empty, which means they do not revise this too often. I consider being able to be clean a basic need that such a place should provide. I am sure that a bit of bad luck was involved in all this, but unfortunately I did not have a good experience with the place.

Nuestra habitación estaba literalmente en la cocina, y entraba el olor de lo que otra gente cocinaba, se escuchaba todo lo del resto de habitaciones, y más estando en la cocina. Solo un baño con ducha para todas las habitaciones, estuvimos esperando casi 1 hora para poder usarlo. La limpieza de la cocina no era muy bueno

Het was oké voor 2 nachten.

Locatie was goed dicht bij een bushalte, de keuken was proper toen we aankwamen. Koffie gratis was zeer goed!

De mede huisgenoten waren luid en niet zo heel vriendelijk. De muren waren heel dun waardoor je alles kon horen. Toen we de tweede dag iets in de oven wouden maken was er een leuke verrassing namelijk pasta die niet was opgeruimd. Het bed was ook niet goed zeker de kussens.
