I have never before left a negative review on this platform, but at this moment, I unfortunately cannot recommend this property. I booked for the night of Christmas Eve and arrived to find that the room they had scheduled me for appeared to be occupied. I got in touch with the host, and, to their great credit they responded within a reasonable timeframe despite the holiday. They told me that there was an mistake by the cleaning staff and they would issue me a refund as quickly as possible. I took them at face value and booked another place to stay. I waited for some time until after the holiday season to follow up, but unfortunately, they never responded to me or my followup as of three weeks later. I understand that the holidays are a busy time for everyone, but I think it's unreasonable to take so long to even respond to me given the circumstances.
While from what I got to see, the property is perfectly acceptable in principle if all goes well for you, I'm confident there are a lot of other great locations to stay in this area where you won't run the risk of needing to swap hotels late in the evening and then need to still be trying to chase people down weeks later.
I'll update this review if I end up hearing from the host; otherwise I'll need to escalate to other means.
The picture shows the room assigned as I found it on arriving at 8PM on the evening of my booking. The keys, which were meant to be left in the outside of the door, were missing, but the door was left unlocked.

Be aware of it's condition, then book it.
The place is clean, and it has a kitchen with enough appliances. It's near public transport.
There is no staff there to help you, you can not check in even one minute earlier, and if you want to do it, you need to pay 19 euros, which is free in any other place. You can not also leave your luggage there, which is so inconvenient. I also sent them an email regarding my check-out to ask a question, and did not receive any answer.

Accessing the apartment was an issue as we initially couldn’t get through the front entrance. We eventually had to persuade someone from the doctors surgery in the building to allow us up to try to access the apartment. The shared bathroom is also an issue in the morning when all three rooms are fully occupied especially as the toilet is not separate. The bedding was not ideal and needs upgrading. Also, once I’d paid extra for parking I was informed that the parking was unavailable, and still awaiting the refund.

The location is convenient - it is city centre, and you can easily walk through a tree-filled park, to decent grocery stores and coffee, and bars. Nearby parking garage where you can park overnight for a decent price.
The listing felt a bit misleading. It mentioned that parking is included, but once the option to cancel our reservation had lapsed, we received an e-mail that there was free street parking. The instructions for how to pick-up the keys to the hotel were correct, but it was odd to go to a different building to pick up the keys. The hotel is on the top floor of an office building. It is loud, the sounds of all of the hotel guests echoing through the halls. Shared bathroom. Uncomfortable beds.

The location was great. Very close to restaurants, shops, and Luxembourg city main tourist sites.
The towels provided were tiny. No shampoo or soap provided. The toilet was in the shared bathroom (shared between 3 rooms) which was not convenient if we want to go to the bathroom while someone else was in the shower. No basic cleaning sypply so people from other rooms left hair and sink dirty. No trash in the bathroom. No TV in the bedroom.

Terrible tiring experience
Location extremely central, few minutes away from the main street
Unfortunately, I cannot rate the experience less than 1. We had multiple issues, starting from the check in: we agreed via Booking messages on an arrival time (7.00pm) and booked far in advance the private parking slot (25€ additional/night).
I asked to have a phone number to call in case of emergency and I got one provided.
When we arrived, there was no card to access the parking in our keys box; I called the given number multiple times but no one ever replied.
I started messaging with a staff member: the card was missing and there was nothing he could do, he suggested to leave the car in a paid parking. Even if I asked to talk over the phone, he never called me back and we spent a lot of time clarifying something that could have been a few minutes call.
When we got in the room, it was extremely hot and the shutter was broken and it didn't close completely: early in the morning the light woke us up. The bathroom is shared with other rooms and there was no soap, neither to wash our hands nor have a shower. One small towel for each guest was provided.
Our plan was to leave the luggages in the car and visit Luxembourg but, since the car was not in a private place and we had some sentitive and expensive working equipments, we needed to leave Luxembourg without visiting the city (and we also had some tickets booked)
We spent 125€ + 25€ for one night in a small hot room with shared bathroom and no parking (even if paid and confirmed).
I am waiting for, at least, the refund of the parking fee and, possibly, a reimbursement for the inconvenience.

Elevator(O), good location to anywhere else, park in front, kitchen with utensils, laundry machine, tidy big room with nice view.
Toilet water flush power little bit weak. And no luggage storage service....though 2 guys did early check in even though it is not allowed and open everywhere including my room. And they were noisy...everytime burst into the stay...

USED CONDOM IN BIN WHEN WE ARRIVED!! Room looked spotless apart from this, but it was absolutely disgusting and we felt unsure about the general cleanliness. We tried to contact the property about it to come and clean the room/move us to another room but they never replied. Very disappointed.
Collecting our keys felt like a treasure hunt and was a ridiculously long and complicated process, in which we had to go to a different building, press a buzzer which didn’t actually exist when we arrived to open the door, then open a key box to get our keys. Then go to our building and up to the top floor where we then struggled to open the door to the apartment. Never had any contact with any staff throughout the stay so couldn’t even ask anyone for help.
Sink in the bathroom was blocked. Also our bedroom was extremely hot overnight.

Il manque une photo de l’entrée du bâtiment extérieur pour la facilité car pas facile de trouver l’entrée et de comprendre l’accès via l’ouverture des portes via le téléphone … ça devrait être plus clair

Binayı verilen adres ile bulmak çok zor. Adres başka binayı gösteriyor, binaya geldiğinizde 2 aynı isimli bina var ve 3-4 defa sormak zorunda kaldık. Ardından kapıya geldiğinizde tüm kapılar otomatik ve web sitesinden açıyorsunuz ancak bizim girişimizde web sitesi çalışmadı. Hata verdi, 15-20 dk kimseye ulaşamadık, en sonunda bizi aradılar, ve tek tek açarak ilerledik. Çok problemli bir girişti.
Aslında bir ev ve evin tüm odaları farklı misafirlere paylaştırılmış. Mutfak, WC ve banyo ortak.

Er was geen warm water, de douchekop zat vol kalk, niet vindbaar op maps, Coordinaten waren onjuist. De schoonmaakster maakte me om 10:30 wakker. Om 10:50 verzocht ze me nogmaals op te schieten.

Katastrophal um 2 Uhr nachts kam eine Gruppe aus 4 Jugendlichen und wollten Party machen laute Musik sehr laute Gelaber bis ich denen gesagt habe da die Leise sein sollen… halbe Stunde später gingen die wieder aber um 6 Uhr nachts kamen die von der Party wieder zurück wieder laute Musik und Gebrülle…

Supostamente meu checkin era as 15h. Quando eu entrei no quarto, nao estava arrumado! Estava sujo, com a roupa de cama e toalhas usadas pelo hospede anterior. Entrei em contato com o dono e ele nunca me respondeu! So depois de meia hora apareceu a pessoa que faz a faxina. So pude entrar no quarto 1h depois. Alem disso nao fazem a limpeza do banheiro diariamente, sendo que haviam 8 pessoas compartilhando do mesmo banheiro! Um caos

Veredelde hostel
De locatie was top! Aan de rand van het centrum aan het park.
Wij hadden twee kamers gehuurd en hadden het geluk dat de derde kamer niet verhuurd was. Daardoor hadden we het appartement voor onszelf. Ruime kamers, goed maar smal tweepersoonsbed, prima badkamer en in de keuken stond een koffieapparaat met koffiepads en een waterkoker. Je zou er zelfs nog kunnen koken. Alle benodigdheden, zoals pannen, etc zijn aanwezig.
Het is geen hotel, maar een kamer in een twee slaapkamerappartement. Van de woonkamer is een derde slaapkamer gemaakt.
Bij volle bezetting deel je met 9 vreemden 1 badkamer. De toilet zit in de badkamer!!!!
Het appartement is lastig te vinden. De instructies zijn niet erg duidelijk. Het complex heet hotel de Prince of zoiets en er staat nergens Luxemburg city center stay op de deur.
De kamers zijn groot, maar erg sober ingericht. Er staat een eettafeltje en twee eetstoelen. Twee comfortabele stoelen zouden al een hele verbetering zijn, de kamers zijn er groot genoeg voor. Er is zelfs nog plaats voor een wat breder bed. Geen TV op de kamer.
Op zich hebben we een prima verblijf gehad, omdat er geen andere gasten waren. Maar de prijs die ze vragen voor deze veredelde hostel is veel te hoog!

Beschwerde wegen nicht erbrachter Dienstleistung
Am 25. November haben wir exakt um 15.00 und gemäß der uns zur Verfügung stehenden Information versucht, den Schlüssel für die gemietete und bezahlte Wohneinheit zu beschaffen. Resultat: Der Schlüssel war nicht vorhanden. Natürlich habe ich umgehend die im Buchungsdokument angegebene Telefonnummer angerufen. Es hat sich niemand gemeldet.
In der Annahme, dass die Wohnung nicht zur Verfügung steht und ohne die Möglichkeit, eine verantwortliche Person zu erreichen, habe ich mit meiner Reisebegleiterin sofort entschieden, die Rückfahrt nach Bonn anzutreten. Erstens weil wir keine Motivation hatten, in der Kälte auszuharren und uns möglicherweise ein neues Quartier suchen zu müssen. Zweitens weil wir eine Zugverbindung nutzen wollten, die uns ermöglicht, nicht zu später Stunde erst wieder zu Hause zu sein. Also sind wir exakt um 15.15 zum Bahnhof aufgebrochen.
Gegen 16.00 hat es dann endlich einen Rückruf gegeben. Die anrufende Person teilte uns mit, dass der Zugang zur Wohnung nur durch einen anderen als bis dato gültigen Prozess möglich sei. Dies sei uns kurzfristig per mail mitgeteilt worden. (Ex post habe ich festgestellt, dass die Mail um 15.45 !!! eingegangen ist) Zum Zeitpunkt des Rückrufs befanden wir uns schon im Zug und hatten keinerlei Interesse, den Vorgang nochmals zu starten. (ohne das Vertrauen, dass es diesmal funktionieren würde).
Alle Aussagen können von meiner Reisebegleiterin, Frau Erika Wagner, bestätigt werden.
Ich fasse meine Haltung zu diesem Vorfall folgendermaßen zusammen:
1. Es ist absolut inakzeptabel, dass zum regulären Zeitpunkt des Check-in keine Möglichkeit besteht, den Zugang zur Wohneinheit zu erlangen.
2. Die Kommunikation durch den Wohnungsbetreiber ist eine Zumutung.
3. Die Dienstleistung wurde nicht entsprechend den vereinbarten Bedingungen zur Verfügung gestellt.
Ich bitte Sie deshalb dringend, den schon geleisteten Zahlungsbetrag zurück auf mein Konto zu überweisen. Bisher war i

Petite chambre à côté du centre ville
L´appartement est situé à côté du centre ville et très proche du transport publique. La chambre et les espaces communes (Cuisine et Salle de bain) sont bien propres.
L´équipement à l´intérieur de la chambre est trop basique, on y retrouve juste une table et un petit placard. L´espace n´est pas assez pour trois personnes.

Très bien situé, mais ce n'est pas un hôtel
Je pensais avoir réservé une chambre d'hôtel, il s'agissait d'un hébergement géré par un particulier, donc pas de breakfast. Partager la salle de bain et les toilettes avec deux autres chambres fait revenir aux hôtels des années 70. La chambre très spacieuse, propre, rien à reprocher.
