A visit to remember.

We had room over Place D'Armes Christmas market. This did not cause any discomfort because of noise because the windows sealed all outside noise. The breakfast had a good selection of continental food. There was nice soft Christmas music. Location was right in the centre of Luxembourg city. This was within walking distance to reach many historic places.

Ideal location and aesthetic vibes

Location was brilliant our trip was mainly for the Christmas markets which was on the doorstep

When we arrived we was told the hotel was fully booked which was concerning but reception was really efficient and we were swiftly moved to a sister hotel Hotel Simoncini not opposite the Christmas market but still a lovely hotel and the receptionist there was also nice. No hot food at breakfast which I didn't mind as I loved the bread, smoked salmon and cheese but my partner typically likes bacon, sausage eggs and beans

A very comfortable stay in a good location in the old part of this beautiful City.

It was a range of cereals, fruits and yoghurts. Eggs could be boiled and there was toast and fruit juice. My wife is gluten intolerant and the lady in charge of breakfast went out of her way to obtain g free items for her.

There was nothing I didn’t like although people expecting a range of hot items for breakfast might have been disappointed. However the range of items was fine for me.

A beautiful and relaxing holiday in the centre of the city in Luxumbourg

The hotel is in a central place near to bus stops, shops, restaurants. The room was good enough for 2. The room was quiet and the buffet breakfast was varied.

The shelf in the shower cubicle can be a little wider.

The parking arrangements - they were somewhat elongated & complicated with passes being collected from another hotel (the same chain) and a 150€ required

Occasional smell of cigarette smoke drifting up stairs from café on ground floor (but never into room). Absurdly, the tiny room safe was not bolted to anything (so I didn't use it).

Good Central Hotel

The hotel is in a great location in the city center. It's close to all main touristy attrations. Breakfast is okay, standard continental cold cuts. All the staff are very polite.

There was some noise coming from the street at night. The water in the shower was warm on my first night, but completely cold on the second night (there was hot water in the sink, but not the shower).

The location was the only perk. Staff was okay. Room was clean.

We paid way too much for what we got. The view from the room was into a corridor. All the other rooms could see into ours. The WiFi didn’t work. Even after following the given instructions. The landline didn’t operate The tv didn’t work. The FIRE SUPPRESSION system didn’t work. All the fire alarms have “out of service” on them. Breakfast was a joke.

Small room, expensive one.

Room was too small, not the size that was told in Booking.com pages. Very small and nobody answered even I asked to change the room. I travelled alone. I saw a wall from window, not nice. Expensive room and bad, very bad experience. They can put you where evere small place because travel alone. Not nice.

Perfect great value for money

Perfect location in the old town . Wonderful staff , very comfortable clean room, included breakfast . Great bar restaurant downstairs in the square. Staff were really friendly .

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Luxembourg City

Hotel is located right in the heart of Luxembourg City just a 15 minute walk from the train station. Facing a tree lined square with outdoor dining under the trees. Strong WiFi and a filling breakfast. Staff was very accommodating as my original room had a problem with the a/c and they switched my to another room immediately.

It was in an excellent location, it was safe, it was clean, it was cozy, and the staff wonderful. It was great to have a restaurant as part of the hotel to grab something quick. The breakfast was wonderful including some of everything, including fresh eggs, and a boiler so that you boil them on the spot,! They also had a fresh orange juice . I love that they provided two bottles of water for you daily in your room. Love this property! The Sculpture artwork also a very nice addition. Linens were white and crisp. I would definitely stay here again.

The only request I would have used for decaffeinated coffee. I would make the check area with the two white plastic chairs, a little more welcoming, and representative of how wonderful this property is. I would jazz it up in the picture so that it showed some of the sculptures and a beautiful welcome sign with a beautiful chair to sit in.

The hotel is very well located, with easy access to public transport or parking nearby. The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was very nice, both in terms of space and variety of food. My room very comfortable, quiet (as it faced the back of the hotel) and clean.

It's just a detail, but perhaps it would be interesting to increase the number of staff during breakfast, in order to assist guests.

Our room looked out on a brick wall, and had no sidetables, just wardrobes hard up against the bed on each side, A bit expensive for what it was. No onsite storage for our bikes, although I had enquired when booking and was told we could store them at the hotel. We had to take them to an underground car park - but they were safe, and there was a work station .
