Albergo Aida

I had a fantastic stay at Albergo Aida! The location is excellent, very close to the city center, with a bus stop right outside offering a direct connection to the airport, which was full convenient. The room was lovely, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Everything was well-maintained, and I really appreciated the fresh towels provided every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Renzo, who was so kind and welcoming! Communication was excellent, and the check-out process was quick and easy. Another highlight was the Italian restaurant downstairs. The food was absolutely delicious, and the pizza was honestly one of the best I've had in the city! Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The staff was great. Mr Caruso was just very friendly and very helpful. He made our stay great. Also he found a solution for the dinner in the evening.

Modern, clean and comfortable room. Good size bathroom. Very polite and accommodating staff. Great location, close to many local stores (bakery, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc) and next to bus stop with frequent connection to city centre. Excellent value for money overall.

Mini refrigerator in room not cold enough but staff allowed me to use the restaurant's refrigerator.

The safe was broken, the bed side table was broken and the vent tube next to the wall made a terrible vibrating noise while the restaurant was open. The curtains also did not close by design so instead needed to use the shutters, which I did not appreciate personally. I founds the room poorly insulated for sound.
