Loved my stay here!

The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. They were also very knowledgeable about the city. The room was as small as described, but it was comfortable and all I needed for my time in Luxembourg. I would absolutely book this hotel again!

So great things to do and visit

The restaurant area had a distressed avant garde decor. The staff were very helpful. Loved Free transport & WiFi Luxembourg offers and Free park & ride, definitely want to care for their visitors. The breakfast was good & room small but comfortable.

Location near the airport is a bit seedy but the street the Hotel Bristol is on is fine. Just a note most of the shops are shut on a Sunday.

Great location, very helpful staff and a good breakfast.

Very small room - though adequate for one person. Rather tired decor and fixtures. No parking on site, needed to use a local car park at €24 a day.

Good location, good car park, clean and free coffee machine which I have to say was tasty. Guy on reception was very helpful. Breakfast was plain but enough. Even though there were bunk beds they were very comfortable. And price was cheap.

Shower was very poor, zero pressure. Air con wasn’t working.

Comfortable stay at Hotel Bristol

The room was small yet fit two people, my adult son and I, comfortably. There was no air conditioning so we relied on an open window for some air in the hot summer weather. It would have been nice to have a large fan provided, perhaps the hotel would have given us one upon request. The breakfast room was lovely and the food served was continental with limited choices. A coffee machine was available 24/7 with different specialty drinks. The hotel is situated walking distance to the train station and the city tram. There were two very good restaurants surrounding the hotel with great food and outside seating.

Hotel was in a good location, close to Luxembourg Central Station. In a walking distance from city center, roughly 20 min. Staff was quite helpful

Great hotel for people that care more about function over decorative fru fru but still a cute clean place

It was close, free breakfast great staff

Rooms are small but we knew that when we booked. It was exactly what we needed though. Inexpensive and clean and we were hardly in the rooms. So maybe not a honeymoon get away but perfect for tourists who don’t want to spend a ton on a fancy room.

Very friendly team, helped me charge my phone and let me leave my lugage there for a city walk, showed me placed to go around the city and talked to me during the night shift. Highly recommended

Fine for 1 night

The room is very little but i's fine. - The staff was very very friendly and helpful. - sufficient breakfast. - free tea and coffee. - clean towels. - clean room. - very good location. - free water in the room.

- 1 shower door didn't have a handle. Also you have to hold the shower in your hand always because the place where you can put it was too high and also rotates if you put the shower there. - in the shower not all areas were cleaned. Faucet was dirty and there was pink mould.

Good choice in Luxembourg city

The hotel position in Gare, very close to the Train Station, is situated in a multiethic area with a lot of ethnic restaurants, it's just a very short walk to the centre (Ville Haute) with good restaurants on the way. The hotel is clean and the staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast is included and good, as well as the coffee machine and hot beverage available all day at the hall.

Warm Welcome, Unexpected Room Setup

The staff member from Albania was extremely kind and friendly, leaving a very, very strong impression on me. It was a wonderful start to our journey in Luxembourg.

We thought we had booked a family room for four, but it turned out to be two separate rooms, with only one of them having a bathroom. I believe this setup is quite different from what a true family room should offer.

I was completely satisfied with my stay.

Breakfast - Nice selection of food for the size of the hotel + free water bottles offered which was helpful for traveling. Because its in the lobby of the hotel, the staff on the hotel desk immediately cleaned up plates placed on the cleaning rack Location - Right near the train station + trams and a variety of restaurants Staff - Very friendly. One of the staff had lived in the UK before and spoke good english which helped alot, and also helped picked out a lovely Italian restaurant on our last day and asked them to reserve us a table when they had limited room The pillows were quite big and comfy to sleep on Soap in bathroom and shower Hairdryer in the bathroom Water bottles placed in room everyday Heated rail in the bathroom. If you are from the UK like me or somewhere else like USA which doesnt have these, they are useful to dry your towels on or anything else like a hair turban. Allowed to keep luggage in the hotel after checkout and return later in the day to collect it. The staff on duty told us this as we checked in. This isnt a comment about the hotel specifically, but I have read alot of recent things (2025) in the Gare area near the train station having "shady" people around at night. I was often walking with my partner to/from the hotel at 9-10pm and although it was dark, didnt see anyone suspicious or look threatening nearby.

Outside noise - Since the rooms are rather small, if you are near the entrance to the floor youll hear alot of noise from outside as they move back and forth in the hallway Small elevator - The elevator is very small and can only really fit one person inside. Was not an issue for us, but if you have a mix of: 2+ people, alot of luggage and are on the top floor then youll wait awhile to bring all the luggage up/down. Shower - The shower is composed of two sliding doors perpendicular to each other. If you shut both of them, they are not locked in place and theirs a small gap. That meant that when you have the shower on, some water will be leaking out onto the bathroom floor outside the shower. The staff puts a towel on the base of the shower so you can just put it outside however.

One of the worst in my life.

The reception staff was very receptive, and the breakfast was average.

Very bad neighbor, drug addicts and drunks on the street, room very hot and without ventilation, very old, mattress and pillows excessively soft which in my case is terrible, bathroom cleaning leaves much to be desired. Our reservation said 2 rooms with a shared bathroom, I had understood that it would be like a family room with a connecting door and a bathroom in only one room, but it was nothing like that, one room simply did not have a bathroom.

Lovely place to stay

Very comfortable room. The place was easy distance to both the train station and the city centre, the latter about a 20 minute walk, or you can catch the plethora of public transport options (which are free in Luxembourg). Good and filling breakfast and lovely staff. Would recommend.

Excellent service. Good location. Professional yet kind staff.

Location is very close to Luxembourg station which ja very convenient for travellers. Staff are kind, accommodating and friendly. We were welcomed so well even if it was past midnight already. We were told that we can get drinks anytime. The receptionist even printed us a guide for our sightseeing the next day. They allowed us to borrow an adaptor so we can charge our phones. During breakfast, we didn't feel rush to finish our breakfast. After check out, they allowed us to store our baggage. Lastly, we were offered to grab some water or have some coffee when we picked up our bags. Thank you for being thoughtful and for welcoming us in your hotel as well as to yout beautiful country. I will surely book this hotel again.

Not worth the money.

That there was free coffe, té and water. Location was good. The receptionist was very helpful.

The room was extremely little (2x2 m??) It should be difficult for people who travel with big suitcases yo find place for them in the room. There was hardly enough room for my cabin suitcase. The bed was very little and uncomfortable, it made noise every time I moved in the bed. The tv was probably 14 inches big and it didn’t work. The sound isolations was bad. The elevator was only for one person, and slow. The bathtoom was ok, but every time I let water run, it started smelling really bad.

very nice staff, breakfast was basic, but had everything needed and was quickly replenished, free hot beverage machine 24/7 was a very good feature, location walking distance to the old town, close to the transportation

issues with room locks, you could not open room doors and you had to take a special key, and then bring it back which was a bit inconvenient, the issue which was not fixed during our whole stay

The staff, the two gentleman and the lovely lady at the desk, were just lovely. The breakfast had several options, which was great. I liked the music at breakfast. I loved the cleanliness of the place and how cute and cozy it is.

Good location and staff but small rooms.

The staff are so friendly and very humble. The location is just next to main station and in close proximity to major attractions. All public transport accessibility easily.

The lift was pathetic with no space for even a single person with their luggage. The room was ok but the walk way is a bit narrow and is claustrophobic. The cots were cozy and gave a feeling that we will fall off during sleep but somehow survived.

All the amenities you need, but crammed a bit too tightly together

It had exactly the aminities I needed, a bed and shower, nothing more. And the hotel clerk was very helpful in finding activities in the city, like the temporary open air theater when I was there.

The room was quite cramped, and I disliked the shower being elevated from the rest of the bathroom quite a bit, the elevation change with wet floors felt like a dangerous combo
