Great venue, bad management.

Great location, clean and affordable.

This property suffered a data breach and didn’t properly secure customer details. My card details were stolen. At no point has compensation or an apology been offered.

They could offer more things to snack and eat near the reception. Sometimes they offered meals, but not always, so you can't count on it.

The rooms were very comfortable and equipped with everything needed. The beds were big and comfortable. Everything was very clean.

We didn't like that we were charged a 100euro during check-in just in case we used the bar or restaurant- it felt like the hotel didn't trust the customer.

Great Location, lovely staff, good restaurant.

Locaton is so near to everything, with some wonderful views. The meal we had in the restaurant was great value for money and lovely service and value for money.

Great value and great for a baby

The location was perfect. A 5 minute walk from the closest bus stop (free to the airport) and a 10 minute walk to Notre Dame and the centre of town. Great base for exploring the city. Really good sized rooms and incredibly accommodating for our baby - the crib was very good and the hotel gave us a toy for her. The cot provided was very sturdy and a firm mattress. The bed was also massive so when we needed to co-sleep one night there was plenty of room. The room was also a great temperature, pretty much sitting near 21degrees permanently. The room came with all standard amenities (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, etc.) and we had a little balcony that gave a very nice view. We chose to have breakfast in the room (be brought along porridge pots) and there were seats for and a little table to eat at. Naturally, it wasn't completely quiet but given we were in a city, it was surprisingly peaceful in the room. Staff were helpful and very friendly, couldn't ask for more and our friends in another room asked for more pillows in the middle of the night and they said the staff were very accommodating about it. If you are going to Luxembourg on holiday with a baby then this hotel is a really good option.

Nice location at reasonable price in the center of Luxembourg

Great location not far from the center of the city, reasonable pricing, spacious room. Restaurant is definitely not 5 star but quite good anyway. Would definitely stay again.

Parking is a mess, it's better to leave your car in the outside parking, as no places provided. Shower could have been better regulated (shower head was clogged). Breakfast is overpriced.

Great Value

The location is great and the staff was very helpful. A tram line goes very close to the property from the train station but unfortunately, I forgot the name of it. We walked there and then took the tram back. Although we had a fan in our room, we never used it as the temperature cooled down nicely at night. One morning we were actually too cold and closed the window aroud 5 am and our visit was in August! I would happily go back!

Great location, tired but comfortable hotel.

Good location, in leafy part of the city with easy walk to town. Superior room worth it for the extra space. The strange-looking pink chairs were actually reclining and very comfortable, as was the bed. Breakfast very good and well worth the price. Pizza at restaurant on a wet Sunday evening pretty good too.

Some traffic noise, plus being on the flight path, made the room a bit noisy. However, that was nothing compared to the loudest portable aircon unit you can imagine. The decor is a bit odd , and definitely tired and, although the cleaning standard was good, there were patches of black mould on the shower screen and behind the taps. TV old which showed.

A very pleasant stay.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the restaurant was good apart from one comment below.

The scrambled eggs at breakfast were too wet and mushy for my taste. I prefer them to be light and fluffy.

Fabulous restful stay in a beautiful location

The hotel was spacious light and airy and our room looked right onto trees in the park. It was a quick tram ride and a pleasant stroll through the park to get from the railway station. The staff were lovely. We had a superb dinner in the restaurant. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Lovely hotel in the central part of Luxembourg. The architecture of the main building was built in 70's or 80's Brutalist architecture style. Which I like a lot. The staff was very kind and the room was clean and nice. The restaurant has a breakfast with a really nice view of the Adolphe bridge and the building of BCEE on the other side.

Parking in the hotel's area is quite expensive. And it's become more and more expensive every year (not sure about dynamic, actally).

The hotel is nice, well located just about a 10 minute walk to Ville Haute (old town) It was very comfortable and had everything as expected. Most of the staff were really nice and helpful. The room also had a portable AC installed which was great because we arrived on a very hot weather. The restaurant (is separated from the hotel but close enough) is very good.

The hotel is not easy to find by car (even with GPS) because it is in the middle of lots of other buildings, and the car entrance is kinda far and weird, keep that in mind if you arrive by yourself and driving. The parking spaces are no so many and it gets full really quick, and for €25 a day it is really expensive yo pay for a not-so-sure parking spot. Even most of the staff were really nice, a couple of them (specially at check in time, in the afternoon) were not so friendly. The bathroom is separated, on toilet room and the other with sink and shower. I personally hate that, keep in mind if you hate it too ;-)

Superb location in Luxo!

Location is superb! We were able to walk to the city center in 10 minutes. There are also lots of bus and/or tramway options in 5 minute walk. Staff was very friendly. It was so rainy so we needed to use hotel umbreallas and they were totally okay with that. Next time we checked umbrella box, there were way more umbrellas than before for the guests.

Pillows were so uncomfortable. We should have asked for a new one or a second one for each.

A well positioned hotel, modern interior , ideal for sightseeing.

A brightly coloured room, well laid out. Good location. Under a 10 min walk to the major sights, bars & restaurants A 5 min walk from the tram stop. A good value breakfast given that this is an expensive city.

Not a dislike but the hotel was in a complex with another hotel, conference facilities & you had to go to another building for breakfast.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to historic centre, located on edge of gorge so beautiful views from the patio, and very quiet.
