Good rooms, bad breakfast

The hotel is located in 15 min walking from the city centre. The rooms are clean and spacious

The check-in time is 14:00, but our room wasn’t ready until 14:30, even though the hotel was almost empty. No kettle in the room. Overall, our stay would have been nice BUT the “breakfast” was a joke. They provided a few pieces of bread and corn flakes with no milk. Honestly, they could have bought 2 croissants and 0,5 l milk or yogurt in a nearby shop, which would have costed 5 euros but would have changed the whole impression about the breakfast. And be ready, if you run out of toilet paper in this hotel, you need to buy one ;)

Perfect for couples and family wanting to explore fabulous Luxembourg

Loved the older styled building beautifully renovated to a high standard modern style inside. Appreciated the dishwasher and kitchenette. Small walk up the city centre with free public transport just opposite the property. Check-in was easy with ongoing access simple.

Nice and relaxed neighbourhood. Fresh rooms but horrible breakfast.

Worst breakfast I ever had at a hotel. 4 pieces of the cheapest white formbread, and a tiny marmalade and margarin, preset in the room. As I paid 200 euros for one night and the breakfast it is completely unacceptable. I contacted personal for sorting this out but there was no solution. Also the room was not really well designed. I couldn’t find and hangers for my suit since I didn’t think it was under the tv. Also very few outlets, none by the bed.

Safe Neighborhood and Hidden comforts

The room was extremely spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom. I had room 5 which came with a small outdoor area. Unfortunately, it kept raining so I didn't get to enjoy the outside area much. The area was quite and the surrounding homes were gorgeous and I felt extremely safe walking the streets. The bus stops were easily accessible but wish a few convenience stores were closer. I also noticed that anytime I entered my room it always smelled of delicious cinnamon buns.

The location isn't the best. It's a bit of a walk to any restaurant, convenience store, and the city center. However, I will say the restaurants that you have to walk to in that area are fantastic, except Come A La Maison, don't go there for the food. You also have to pay for each individual item if you use it up in the hotel. For example, you get 1st complimentary roll of toilet paper but any roll used after you will be charged for, same with towels and washing detergent. There is also an extra charge if you ask them to tidy your room, sheets, and resupply towels before your stay is over.

Reasonably priced, great location and clean place!

Great location. Nice spacious studio rooms, reasonable equipped kitchen with basic supplies (oil, salt). Clean rooms. The bus stop is quite close by (basically a skip away) which is super fine with the free transport in Luxembourg! Very close (walking distance) to the bigger junction as well.

The parking was full. It would have been useful to know this before booking. This was one of my requirement and it was disappointing to know we couldn't use it. Street parking is a pain in Luxembourg as it must be extended every 2 hours. However, I used the P+R Buillon (free for 24 hours - which is easily reached by a direct bus to/from hotel) The breakfast was also a bit of a joke. It contained a pound of bread with small portions of butter and jam and 1L of juice and coffee and tea. It was funny since we could've bought it at the supermarket!

Exceptional

The room was very spacious and had all we needed for our stay. We were pleased to have a terrace and the apartment was an easy 10 minute walk into the city ( bus stop just outside if you don't want to walk). Well stocked supermarket 5 minute walk. Easy check in/out.

We were pleased to have outside space but could have done with some TLC.

The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood and just a 15 minute walk from the main attractions. There is also a very nice park nearby.

My stay was not about the property but rather the way booking.com cheated my stay. I looked for a room with two bed, parking and breakfast being included but I was given a room with kitchenette no breakfast and parking in the street.

I did not like the way booking.com wanted to sale a room even though customer been asking for a room and not just a room so the matter is not about the property but rather the way you guys exercise and take it as your preferred behavior as a salesman. Having said that I will never ever ask for booking. com. no matter how long we are traveling in Europe and my future travel.

Location was very nice , spacious room, well equipped kitchen, kind personnel , breakfast includes: bread with marmalade and butter, coffee/tea/juice.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the pillow was as flat as a board, we all woke up with back pain; furniture seemed a bit old and uncomfortable too. Unfortunately all parking is payed but there are plenty of space outside to park (payed too, but at least you have options)

Everything but the lack of breakfast and windows in the room.

If I pay for the breakfast, I don't expect to receive just one butter and one marmalade. Also, It would be nice to have a window in a room that I payed 130,00 Euro. The room has ZERO windows that looks on the outside, the only window you have looks into the lobby so all the guest can see you like an animal in the ZOO.
