Great stay at Best Western Victor Hugo Awesome location right by the Théâtre tram stop. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

One major setback: the electric outlets in the rooms are only for two-pronged, European style plugs. There are no USB ports available anywhere and the reception has no converters for USA plugs.

Quiet location. Room is clean. Bed is good. Good access to the free tram at Theater station. Public parking a 5 minute walk away. Make sure you keep your parking stub or you cannot get back in. I recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. My daughter is an exchange student and there are so many administration stuff to finish. The staff helped us a lot. I am so grateful to stay here. I will definitely come back if I visit again Luxembourg in the future.

The room was pretty big compared to most tiny European hotel rooms. There was a fridge which we really liked, there was a nice magnifying mirror which is really helpful. You're going to love the shower pressure which was fantastic. The only problem with this hotel room was the bed was just two single beds stuck together which was very uncomfortable for my husband and I. Also the fan in the bathroom sounded like it was broken and was quite loud.. someone should fix that as it is a fire hazard.

We stayed in this hotel last December and had a fantastic experience and wonderful room. This time, for some odd reason, we stayed in the annex. The room was not good, broken furnitures, bouncing chairs, missing curtain, bathroom fixtures broken, lack of shelf space. And to top, the room safety box broke with our passports inside and we had to wait more than 30 minutes to have someone over to open. Ups and the rate a was double from winter time. Go figure!
