The toilet was in a separate room under the eaves with no underfloor heating. There was an electrical heater plugged in but the room was freezing with low ceiling - not great for a tall person.

Beautiful, historic hotel in central location.
Beautiful, historic hotel in the center of a small plaza. Staff was amazing. We had a small dog, and immediately the staff brought in a dog bed, feeder bowls and special bottled water for our dog! Confusing layout, but beautiful decor; historic feel with modern amenities. Excellent restaurant and bar onsite. Our bathroom was heavenly and luxurious, very comfortable bed; good selection of TV channels in English.
Very expensive. No breakfast. When we arrived there was no parking/valet. We had to find a public lot, walk through many blocks to find the hotel. Lots of stairs.

It was good but could use some improvement
The facilities were lovely. The proximity to the city center is both a positive and negative
The location was a bit off putting. The turn down service was inexistent, upon our first day at the hotel we had to wait an unreasonable amount to have our room cleaned when we have left the sign for the room to be cleaned. If turndown service only means turning on the tv and not changing the towels or setting up the bed for the night, I don’t know what it is.

Beautiful, boutique stay in the very heart of the city.
The location in the center of the city couldn’t have been better. We were directly across the street from one of the liveliest Christmas markets in the city, and close to walking to anything we wished. The onsite restaurant was superb as well.

The people, food, location & overall ambience were simply wonderful!
The whole ambience was fantastic!
We weren’t able to drive to the door as it was in a pedestrianised area, but this was a trivial point.
