Position near the bus stop

Room was very dirty with hair everywhere. really loud room, we were two guest and they gave us 1 towel total, we request to the staff by whatsapp another one, no any reply.

Noisy and poorly insulated, with limited utensils. Better options are available nearby.

I only found four forks available for all the rooms, which was inconvenient. The room was not very well insulated: guests in another room arrived around 10:30 PM, were quite noisy until 11 PM, and then woke up at 4 AM to leave, which made it difficult to sleep. I understand it’s not a full private apartment, but you can really hear everything. I later discovered that there were other options nearby at the same price with better conditions. I’ll choose one of those next time instead of this property.

Not exactly what I didn’t like, but a suggestion, to have a mirror in the room so that the shared bathroom doesn’t need to be used by waiting a long only for getting ready. And if possible separate the toilet and shower sections.

Poor management, the staff never responded when I urgently needed their help.

The room itself was tidy and had a comfortable bed. The location was close to the city centre.

There was no heater provided, and it got extremely cold at night. Most importantly, I had a serious incident when another tenant entered my room around 1 AM, shouted, and said inappropriate things to me and my partner. I immediately contacted the property via WhatsApp and even called multiple times, but there was no response at all, even the day after that. It was an unsafe and distressing experience, and the complete lack of staff support made it even worse. I still have the trauma from that incident until now.

The room was quite close to the town - 3,6 km. It is quite easy to find the room as it is close to the road. The owner is responsive.

There could be basic ingredients in the kitchen (salt, pepper). Location is close to the road, so not very quiet. The furniture is dated.

The price compared to other accommodation in Luxemborg. Also, the accommodation is easy to locate. The busstop is close to the house. The check in process is easy. It is self check in so you can check in anytime at your convenience even late at night. All the details will be sent to you.

It is on a very beautiful region Neudorf. Close to Clausen bars. Also, close to Kirchberg region. Super Wifi. Bird sounds all the time coming from the trees behind.

Great value for money, close to city

Rooms and bathroom were clean. Staff were quick to reply and the bus stopped right outside makimg travel to and from the city quick and easy. Rooms were large and beds were comfy.

A fee small points that we had some trouble with: The pan had a broken handle making it hard to use and there were no sharp knives (only butter knives). Bring your own bottle opener. Other than that, we were happy with everything! Thank you :)

Generally I’m satisfied from my stay

I like the apartment and it was connected easily with transportation. It was like the pictures, friendly and comfortable. But, we had a little bit cold. We tried to put the temperature up, but it did not work out so well.

Fantastic location for exploring Luxembourg

- Excellent location for accessing free buses to the city centre - I really liked that it wasn’t right in the middle of everything and that the bus stops are a matter of steps away - Nice big room, lots of space and a private toilet in the room I was in which was a huge bonus I didn’t expect! - The room felt clean and the towels smelled really nice, it felt like they had been freshly washed - Room also had a table and chairs which was good - Good kitchen space, plenty room in the fridge, nice to have a dining table available - Complimentary tea and coffee was so good and much appreciated! - Good to have snacks available too although would have been nice to have a bigger selection than wafers - Very grateful for canned drinks being available too!

- Upon arrival the key to my room was not in the lock box. After some difficulty I managed to contact the owners and was given the numbers to the other boxes to see if the key was in them - this made me feel a bit unsafe as I wondered who else had access to the keys. I had to wait half an hour but this was resolved eventually. The key was on the inside of the room door. The person who came to help me seemed a bit annoyed that it was there as though I should have looked. After a long day of travel I found this to be frustrating. Outside by room there was a bucket with dirty cloths and a sponge - no idea why it was there but it wasn’t very welcoming. - There is a strange door under the stairs with a written label that says ‘the cave’ on it. While I was locked out of my room I went in search of the toilet and this door was open, I had a look and it was dark and quite eerie. Didn’t have a good feel to it at all. Don’t look under the stairs! - Only one shower for the whole property isn’t great. I’ve been at hostels with more showers and fewer potential people per shower. This meant on a few occasions I had to wait for someone to be finished. Not ideal. - The shower room itself is a good size and I was glad there was a hairdryer in the drawer however the shower curtain was useless and there was a box under the sink that looked as though it had plaster in it? Just a bit strange to keep DIY stuff around where guests are going to be.

Amazing holidays for a good price

Very kind and friendly owner. No problems at all. The house is nice and comfy, located in a very calm and quiet area. It has a living room, 5 seperate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, barbeque place, awesome private pool and beautiful, long, sandy beaches within 10-15 minutes by car. I would definietely recommend it to both group of friends and families with children.

Great location, nice appartement with not enough bathrooms unfortunately

The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The flat is located in front of a bus stop from where you can reach Luxembourg city-center in 15min for free which is really wonderful!

Unfortunately there is only ONE bathroom for FIVE rooms (so even more people) which is really not convenient and even not appropriate actually. It was really annoying to run towards the bathroom to try to catch a slot and finally to wait for our turn.

the odour and lack of maintenance - you enter through a garage that smells like mold into a kitchen that smells like dead animals. The room was clean and the toilet (unique) was cleaned daily but no investment was made into the building - old wood stairs making noises at every step, dirty walls and windows - no paint or wash for a decade.

Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Everything was clean. Good communication with the host. Great connection to the city center by public transport (bus) that is free.

When we arrived our bed sheet and bed linen were wet (I guess it was put on last minute and didn’t have time to dry), so that was unfortunate. The bathroom is shared with quite a lot of rooms so in the morning and evening it was quite difficult to get some time in there. in the common spaces it was very cold (in the room it was ok).
