Hotel was clean , the hotel looks a little tired and could do with updating in certain areas the carpets in hallways and rooms looked well worn and not fresh. The rooms were fairly clean cobwebs in the bathroom and old food from previous guests in the fridge and the lounge chair was dirty and had large holes in the covers , Lots of chips on corners of furniture , windows was also stained on the inside of the double glazed unit obscuring the view. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. One thing that was annoying was no mention when booking there was no parking , only parking which was payable on arrival no mention of this . Overall not a bad place to stay but a little disappointed

Staff were friendly, pool was refreshing and breakfast was good. I was given wrong information about the bus prior to travel but checked it myself. I was charged for the room even though I had already paid through Hotels.com. I got it resolved eventually, it was disappointing to find that paying the hotel was £10 cheaper than what I had been charged!

It all started terribly because Expedia made a mistake regarding my booking. I had to wait for over an hour before check in. I was tired and disappointed. The room was spacious and comfortable. The mishap before the check in was the only thing that let me down.

Found the property a bit out of town although free bus services helpful the roin was comfortable, until I woke up to find i was covered in bed bug bites from the neck down spoke to reception they could not have been nicer and told me that my room would be complementary on my way to my next destination i got notification my card was debit the cost of room

I stayed with my family. Room was a bit tight but we stayed only one night so it was fine with us. Check-in was fast and easy, staff was very welcoming. We enjoyed complimentary cookies and one night free parking. 10 min drive to sightseeing. Overall great experience, we enjoyed it.

A very nice hotel just a bit outside city centre on the top of a big hill, great view. It's easy too come there with public transport, which by the way is free in Luxembourg. Line 4 and 32 go to the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpfull, and are ready to help. There is a small pool and fitness center availible at the hotel for free The only thing I miss is more local enviroment, there is only a handfull of shops nearby because of the remote location

In a nutshell good experience overall. Fantastic front office and reception…one of the best in Western Europe. We drove parked car for free and took bus #4 (200 meters from hotel lobby) to city center.

Nice property great staff but power went out around 8am May 24th. Which means people had to take the stairs. Which means we had to carry 5 bags of luggage down stairs. Very very painful. Doesn't seem like backup generators are part of the system at this hotel. It was a nightmare scenario. Some people complained no one came to your room or called BUT IMO what were they gomna say Hey the powers out! DUH! Overall the hotels nice

I stay here often and in general it's a good hotel for business purposes. I like the beds and bedlinen a lot. Breakfast is good. Staff at Reception are always polite and friendly. Parking is no worry either. The gym and shower area may need some attention. At the time of my visit there were no clean towels (a sign said to get them at the pool, but the pool area was closed), Reception upstairs were very kind and gave me one immediately. The shower area had dirty towels scattered everywhere.

Rooms nice and spacious. Could use a few finer points in room. I believe they are short staffed, the housekeeper I saw on our floor seemed to be the only one handling the floor. The restaurant was very expensive $10 for the cheapest beer. We really couldn't afford to eat there
