Not as expected.

It's rather close to the center, by car. And it has a paid private parking.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, too soft and noisy. t was not clearly stated that the toilet and bathroom are shared. The property is also very close to the airport. Aircraft were taking off and landing every few minutes, which made it very noisy and affected our sleep significantly. The parking situation was another major issue. The parking space is very small and cluttered with various items, including rubbish bins, luggage, and other stored belongings. There was barely enough space to fit our car. We had to move things around just to be able to close the gate and open the car doors. Additionally, the parking is not free, which is unreasonable given the lack of space and convenience.

Common bathroom to share with guests in three to four rooms. One room in the ground floor, but does not have a shower facility. Need to use first or second floor washrooms. Tea and coffee are not enough for all guests. No reception desk or staff at the property. Communicate with the staff only using whatsApp messages or email, but may not available 24hours.

8 or 9 people were staying in 3 rooms at the same time. Only 1 cup and a few glasses in the kitchen - no comments. When we arrived at the room, we found that the floor was dirty, hair and dust. Worn and rough towels. Beds creak, doors creak. Only 1 bathroom. Fortunately, there was a toilet on the 1st floor, we used it when someone was in the shower.

Clean neat room for comfortable stay

+ nice clean room + one big towel per person and couple small towels in the bathroom + possibility to leave your luggage at the property before and after check in + all the information needed is communicated via booking before check in + self check in, clear and understandable, WiFi password at the door already, so no problem even if you don’t have the internet connection + bus stop right in front of the entrance, nice connection to luxembourg city + big supermarket in the walkable distance + overall area felt quite safe + kitchen and bathroom available for shared use

- might hear the noise from common area in the room but honestly wasn’t an issue for me

Great Stay

In a quiet neighbourhood. Easy to walk to station and town. A fantastic little cafe bar called Konrads just a 5 min walk away.

The front door was loud when closing so people coming in late woke me up. I could put up with that though.

Location

We did not expect to have to share a bathroom with 7 more people, which made it really uncomfortable; we couldn't shower the last day. The shower was clogged. One of the mattresses had springs you could feel all over. We were on the second floor and the stairs weren't easy with the luggage. And then was the ventilation: no air conditioning, no fans and if we opened the window aeroplanes were noisy and mosquitos came into the room. We found two spiders and dust in our bedroom. We never saw anyone cleaning the shared facilities.

It also advertised as 2 double beds but it was a bed and sofa bed and not proper bedding for it

We will never come back

The room was large and included access to a small terrace. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet. Close to most attractions in Luxembourg-Ville.

The terrace was unclean and littered with cigarette butts. The radiator in the room was leaking, so we had to place a cup under the valve to prevent water from spreading on the floor. The kitchen was missing cutlery, and someone had discarded the yoghurts and other food we had left in the fridge. We were given small children's toiletry towels instead of proper adult bath linen. The owner advertises parking for €10 per day, but I never received a response to my repeated inquiries.

Ok place but maybe without kids

The facility was clean and the kitchen well furnished and comfortable. The location is not the nicest one but seems safe and not too far from the center (20 minutes walking, but there are buses).

The room is very basic and small for 4 people; the shared bathroom is not optimal, in particular for a family with kids. Difficult and expensive to park. The communication with the owner is not always fast.

Good value for money

The facilities were very clean, the bed was good. It's very basic, but we didn't need more. The location is very good, the bus stopped right in front of the accommodation. We had a very nice stay here.

We didn't expect stairs. The kitchen had almost no cups and plates. Also there was no coffee, sugar and tea as the description said. We went to the kitchen one floor down and found coffee there.

A estadia ficou aquém das expectativas. O sofá-cama era bastante desconfortável, a casa de banho não estava muito limpa e houve muito barulho proveniente de outros hóspedes, o que dificultou o descanso. Além disso, tentámos contactar os anfitriões por mensagem e nunca obtivemos qualquer resposta, o que foi frustrante.

La proximité par rapport au centre ville.

D'être réveillés à 4h du matin par d'autres résidents prenant leur douche. Ça a duré 1h ! Irrespectueux. Les douches ne devraient pas être accessibles entre 23h et 6h. Et ill ne faut surtout pas avoir une chambre à côté de la salle de bain.

A localização. Os transportes públicos são excelentes pelo que chegar a qualquer lado é super fácil, para além de estar perto da Gare. Tem um bom supermercado, o Cactus, a 250m. O acesso à porta via link funciona mto bem.

Tivemos que mudar um bocado os quartos para acomodar as crianças e isso fez com que aparecesse muito lixo que andava escondido debaixo dos sofás e camas. A casa de banho é partilhada no andar e apesar de ficarmos com os quartos todos do piso, tivemos que fazer limpeza antes de usar. Os colchões das camas de casal são mto maus. Usámos o Hall de entrada como “sala” mas a luz do Hall está sempre a acender e apagar, tem vida própria!

No reservéis si queréis dormir bajo techo

Todo. Resulta que 4 días antes del viaje nos dijeron que tenían overbooking y nos cambiaron de ubicación a un hotel que no estaba en Luxemburgo, sino en Esch-sur-Alzette. Cuando llegamos, no había nadie en recepción y no tenían constancia, no sé si de la reserva o de que éramos 3, pero solo les quedaba una habitación doble. Esto tras llamarles por teléfono ya que nadie nos abría la puerta. Por un momento pensamos que dormíamos en la calle. En fin, no reservéis aquí porque puede que no durmáis bajo techo. Una vergüenza, además no me han contestado desde que sucedió el problema.

La atención del lugar brilla por su ausencia

La localización, estaba genial ubicado ya que en un bus estabas en el centro. Tienen secador y no lo ponen en los servicios.

Cuando llegamos nos dieron el mensaje de otras personas entiendo por qué entramos y la habitación no estaba hecha. Estuvimos más de una hora esperando que alguien se pusiera en contacto con nosotros y llamando dos amigas sin parar porque entramos y la habitación estaba sin hacer y todo por medio. A las 22 de la noche cuando habíamos llegado a las 20, nos avisaron de que cambiáramos a otra habitación y dejáramos las llaves abajo. Pero los mensajes a Antonio no le llegaban si quiera y pone que el lugar tiene atención al cliente de 9/23 ... La cocina huele fatal a comidas muy fuertes siempre y falta que la gente ventile cuando termine de comer.

Wielki minus- przez cały wieczór i rano słychać latające nad budynkiem samoloty - bardzo nisko latające Duży huk - bardzo nieprzyjemne uczucie Szczególnie przed zaśnięciem Ściany bardzo cienkie , słychać wszystko co się dzieje w innych pokojach
