The listing said there was air conditioning but there was only a fan in the room. Walls and bathroom were pretty dirty. Rooms are small. Shower was broken - nothing there to hold the shower head above you.

The shower clogged up. Water was overflowing the entire bathroom. I asked to change rooms. The hotel is not full, but instead, they sent someone to dig up a nasty clump of hair clogging up the shower and didn’t change the room. So I had to deal with a flooded bathroom all night. Next day, I accidentally left my key card in the room and got a nice lecture that the hotel is not responsible if someone have access to the room when I leave the card in the room. Who else other than the hotel has access to the room? The area is also very dodgy. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra €50 and get a better place

Room and shower were clean and the location was convenient for the city. Sadly the road was very noisy late at night and early in the morning so if you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you

The ad said AC, but there was none. It was cool so no big deal. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. It's hard to give it above 3 stars because it's an older place that is quite small, but everything worked fine. Across the street are some clubs (cabaret?) so maybe not the best with kids, but it wasn't loud or unsafe.

The staff was very friendly nad helpful. The room was on the small side but clean and the beds were comfortable. Very close to the central station and tram. Walking distance to the old town if you don't mind walking a little. Only downside was the loud cafe across the street. We enjoyed our stay and got great recommendations from the staff of what to see and do in the city.

Small tired room in a budget hotel but not at budget price. Extremely expensive for what it was. Area not very good. Noisy and dodgy , people hanging about outside. Not near the centre although very near the train station.

The person who greeted us was amazing, friendly and took the time to show us a map of all the spots to visit and food places to try. After that, it went downhill. The room stank of cigarettes and the window wouldn’t close properly to stop the smell. The shower was broken and the room was dirty. I question if the sheets were even changed

The room is extremely small. The plugs are not functioning properly. The TV is not working. The soap in the bathroom was so old that when I opened it, it became small pieces. Not great at all. I do not recommend.

Location is very convenient, 3 minutes from the train station and close to city centre. Rooms are very clean, warm and well furnished. The staff is very kind and helpful. Perfect service for a good price.

Definitely a 3 star as disclosed, set expectations accordingly. Attached restaurant had excellent donar Kabob, good value. Very close to Central train station. Bus service from airport to train station was good and inexpensive. For the right trip, a good value.

For the price and the listing of 3* I would expect Much better. It’s surrounded by strip clubs and sex shops and I heard men outside my window scream-speaking to women all night. Not a good choice for a business trip, or for any reason... Oh, also there are non smoking signs everywhere but my room had a old timey cigarette stench. No thanks! Told my organization Never again!

I travelled to Luxembourg for business and stayed two nights from 3rd to 5th July 2019. I travel here quite frequently and have also stayed at your hotel once before. However, this time the stay resulted very unfortunate. Yesterday evening 4th of July I found that there was a bedbug in my room. I was utterly disgusted, as it is evident that the creature I found in my room is a bedbug. I reported this immediately to the reception and was offered to change rooms, but they could not offer me any compensation and told me to contact the manager of the hotel by email. I wrote the email same morning (5th July) and yet by today (11th July), I have not received any answer for my email... After this event, I’m doubtful of whether I dare to come back another time to this hotel... Look forward to hearing from you how you are to counter this very unfortunate issue.

The room was expected. Definitely in a worse area than anticipated. Not a far walk from the city center but I felt unsafe outside the hotel at night. Across the street and surrounding the building are many strip clubs...
