Great location for train, tram and buses to get you around the city. Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. All communication before arrival was excellent. Good value in an expensive city.

Not obvious from the outside which building is Roomies

The communal kitchen with refrigerator was a big plus.

Everything was good.

Large, clean, modern room. Quiet location 20 minute walk into Ville Haute (old town centre).

I wasn’t sent the door codes to get into the property (normally sent 24hrs before arrival) which meant I had to call the property. Didn’t take long but was just an inconvenience. Room was on the 4th floor and no lift. I knew about this so was prepared to walk up. Just mentioning incase people are unaware.

Our stay had a few positive points, such as the good location of the accommodation and the availability of hot water. However, there were several negative aspects that significantly affected our experience.

The pillow was uncomfortable. The shower also had issues, there was a leak, the water pressure was not consistent, and the water flow felt uncomfortable on the body. During the entire stay, we did not see anyone responsible for the accommodation, nor were we contacted to ask if everything was going well. In addition, the general appearance of the accommodation was not very good, with some areas in poor condition, almost as if they were under construction. The vending machines also had no water bottles available during all the days we stayed there. Overall, despite the good location and hot water, the experience was below expectations. The accommodation needs improvements in comfort, maintenance, and guest support.
