Hotel Empire location is spot on opposite the trams and easy to walk to the main sights
Rooms are very basic the bathroom could do with an update
Breakfast was very basic coffee yogurt limited fruit pastries You can ask for an omelette tho
I did not like the bathroom very basic and needs updating

Smooth early check in, well appointed room, power socket near bed, no mandatory card slot for power to work, good breakfast, amazing location & friendly staff.
Insides are a little dated, not obvious though. Downsides of a great location is it can be a bit noisy if the window is open.

Perfect for the central rail station which was directly opposite. All (free) public transport was on the doorstep. Room was comfortable, clean and quite quiet even though the hotel is on a very busy road.
Oddly, you have to ask at reception for soap and shampoo! Rather mean with teas and coffee - again you can ask at reception but it is a bit annoying to have to keep doing this.
