The hotel was fabulous, the staff working in the bar were amazing and so friendly and helpful, in particular Namia and Guillerme. The food was divine, best garlic bread I've ever tasted. I loved the atmosphere in the bar, and the tunes were hopping! The location of the hotel was great, right beside the tram stop so everything was easily accessible.

The only bar/restaurant is party-central for lively people in their 20s who appreciate loud DJ sets. It's open to the public and very popular at weekends. Luckily there are good alternatives within 15 walking distance.

Great - go to hotel in Luxemburg

We loved the hotel; we've been to other locations, but this one was our favourite. Especially in the evening, it became quite the place! Great beds and cocktails!

Can't really name anything, only thing worth noticing is that someone rang the doorbell at 3 am, but guess this can happen in a hotel :)

Such a nice vibe

The hotel vibe is amazing! Bed is comfy, decor is stylish. The restaurant is great if you don’t want to go the city. Dj Gab had a fun playlist. When we arrived Irwin (I think his name) was helpful and even served my friend with some bubbly water (we were tired and very thirsty). I recommend the hotel.

A real experience, not just a stay.

I loved EVERYTHING!!! Decor is amazing and brings an special experience to enjoy the hotel. Bed is super comfortable . Silence in the room, great tv choices. Absolutely clean, with attention to details. Good breakfast Quality products specially the butter and croissants Cappuccino and macchiatos done properly! Dinner was fun, with great ambiance and DJ Mozon was great! I travel all over the world, I stay mostly in quality hotels but this one is special. Memorable on its on right.☺️

Perfect Hotel just a few minutes away from the old town in Luxembourg

The location of the hotel is great! Just beside the European Union buildings in a modern part of Luxembourg. The tram station is right beside the hotel, which makes the connection to the city center super easy.

An absolute gem of a hotel for families in particular, highly recommended

Absolutely loved the quirky and fun approach to hospitality that resulted in a very family friendly atmosphere, so much more enjoyable and welcoming than the typical, corporate chain hotels. Huge room with luxury bathroom that included a terrific shower!! Fabulous restaurant, rooftop bar and onsite bakery all added to our enjoyment. Location is adjacent to the European Courts building but is only a 10 minute ride on the fantastic FREE tram to Luxembourg City Centre

£18 to park the car overnight seemed a bit steep for guests, but it was at least secure in an underground garage for that price.

First time staying in the hotel chain. What a great "Funky" place to stay. Decor in the room was great, and the roof top bar was fun with table footie, table tennis, and Patang..Amazing!

Comfortable bed

Comfortable bed, pillows , luxurious bedding.

The hotel parking space is very limited and in the area , it is difficult to find a parking because there is no public parking space available. They are all private and reserved. So this was very stressful. We have driven around and around in the area looking for a space after we have driven for 10 hrs, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. We end up parking on the side of the road that has no parking sign which is almost all the roads. Everyone parked on the side of the road got a ticket for €24 , if we knew that this is the charge , we didn’t bother hunting for a parking space as this charge is cheaper than in the hotel charges. Staffs are not too bothered that you are stressed looking for parking and doesn’t show any interest if you’re frustrated.

Disappointment — Never Again

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the bed — it was comfortable. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. I expected more from a hotel in this price range.

I travel to Luxembourg every month, and this was my most disappointing hotel experience. Despite paying in advance, they blocked €50 as a deposit for a nearly empty room — no coffee machine, only one small bottle of water for two people, no shampoo, and a cheap soap that didn’t even foam. Parking was overpriced too: €22 for 15 hours, while I paid only €8 elsewhere in the city center. No sense of hospitality at all.

Dubai’s Poorer, and Less Fun, Cousin

The location was good, a bit away from the centre, but near a tram stop. My double room had a great shower and comfortable mattress. The hotel had secure entry. Nice singer in the lobby restaurant on Sunday night. Good pizza.

The rooftop bar was CLOSED just when there were celebrations with fireworks. They rented the space out despite paying guests expecting to be able to use it- that’s what we paid for! No kettle or iron in the room, despite there being no room or laundry service available. Really inconvenient not to have the laundry service available when it was advertised. The company doesn’t seem to realise that it’s a contract to supply what’s listed, and they didn’t do that. Compared to Dubai, it didn’t have much in the way of beauty or facilities, despite being as expensive. Disappointed with this hotel.

quirky and unusual hotel but everything works

The staff really make an effort to add to the character of the place and genuinely seem to understand what a business traveler needs ( what address do you need on your invoice etc ) Smart TV with access to free movies and easy to connect your device to

Would stay here again when we return to Luxembourg

The vibe of the hotel was very fun and lively. We got there on a Friday night, and, despite the noise in the lobby/bar, it was quiet in our room. We enjoyed the extra activities and the bakery for a quick bite & coffee before heading to the old town for the day. It was easy to catch the tram near the hotel. The parking area in the garage is a bit limited, but it felt safe and clean. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

A very good, modern Hotel with great breakfast on the outskirts of the city centre

My wife and I really liked this hotel, the room was very clean with lots of space, and the bathroom was very good! The breakfast was amazing, with lots of variety and all very tasty. All the staff were kind and accommodating. It was all modern with nice decorations.

The only thing I could mention is that you have to pay for parking, the hotel is far away from the city centre, and is huge, with lots of free spaces, so it is not a case of charging because parking was in short supply, they could have offered free parking, then I would have given the hotel a 10.
