Great hotel with sauna and gym facilities and located close to city

The property was in a good location, roughly a 10-15 minute walk from Luxembourg City, and also a bus stop was located 30 seconds from the hotel (public transport is free in Luxembourg for everyone). The hotel room was spacious and had good facilities including a large bathroom and a walk-in storage space. An added bonus was the Sauna (€17.50 per hour) and gym facility

There were limited amount of plugs located on my side of the bed so I ended up having to disconnect a lamp in the corner of the room to charge my devices. This may have just been in my room however.

Affordable, pet-friendly 4-star hotel

Pet-friendly hotel in a good location. Our room was a reasonable size with a good shower. The bed was large. Our dog was welcomed for 8.50 euro a night. Parking was available, but a bit tight if you have a larger car.

The staff seemed a bit disconnected; but overall the stay was fine. The curtains in the room were torn in multiple places, which I did not expect for a 4-star hotel.

Good choice for our weekend getaway

The balcony in our room, the room itself and the lobby were beautiful.

The deposit which was taken at the start of our stay was only repaid a day after we’d checked out. It was also 50€ per night which we felt was excessive, as it’s not a cheap hotel and we’d already paid a large amount. The location was okay, but not ideal.

Nice room, friendly staff, but loud traffic noise in the room

The room was well equipped, nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. And we could park our car for free in the street nearby the hotel.

My room was on the front side of the hotel and the traffic noise was very loud. It made me wake up at 5:20 in the morning. Next time I'll ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. Also it was very hot in the room and there wasn't a way to change the temperature.

Loved this hotel

The only thing I can comment on is I didn't like the pillows and there were no alternatives in the room, and potentially there wasn't enough storage in the bedroom (but I was only there for the weekend so it didn't matter).

Would recommend. Good value for money. Prewarning about construction work would have been good though.

Good location (bus stop outside to take you to centre or an easy 15 minute walk) with a big park behind. Bedroom was nice, a bit out dated but nothing to complain about. Breakfast was lovely and good options for food and drinks.

Unfortunately there was construction work in the park outside our room. We were not warned about this which was frustrating especially when loud machinery woke us up at 7:30am. Especially annoying when we paid extra for a balcony. Being told about this in an email or when checking in would be been good. Shower was very temperamental also going from scolding hot to temped at random. Shower head did not want to point directly down and was on an angle so became slightly annoying.

Very comfortable hotel, situated next to a lovely park and just a short walk to the city centre.

The hotel is about 1km outside the city centre, so an easy walk. The restaurant was very good with attentive waiter staff. Probably the best thing was the hotel backing onto a very nice park area, which was perfect for us staying with our dog.

Overall a good experience

Property was centrally located, with only 10 min bus ride to the city centre.

The room didn’t have an air conditioner, which could have been better looking the rooms were well insulated and warm. Also the light in the en-suite was not working. The bathtub tap was also hard to use. Could use some renovation.

Good location, friendly staff, very clean, big room with lots of space, excellent bathroom, very comfortable bed

Nasty drains smell in the bathroom when we arrived and consistently throughout stay, breakfast good but very expensive, parking onsite good for small to medium cars (VW T-Roc just fits in the car lift) but not accessible to bigger cars with no warning when booking that this is a risk, also car park costs 30euro per night but this does not cover 24 hours but only check-in to check-out times so not possible to leave car if checked out but remaining in the city for the day

Great experience

Excellent location next to Parc Blair, Quite and peacefull. 20 minutes to city center by walking. Eployees were sincere , friendly and helpful. Great view at park side. Delicious meals at restourant. After 10 days searching it was a prfect choise in Luxembourg.

Great location nearby Parc Merl

The location of the hotel was nearby Parc Merl and it was superb especially if you are travelling with kids. The hotel was just 20 min walking distance with the city center. The staff was nice and helpful. Will definitely go again :)

A solid choice

Convenient location and beautiful grand lobby. Rooms are on the simple side but have all the necessaries for a comfortable stay. Bed very comfy, did not try breakfast so can't comment on that.

The pillows were too soft in my opinion, your head sinks almost sinks through them. The rooms could do with an update soon and some air conditioning wouldn't go amiss. Most 3* hotels in the UK have AC and we have similar climates

Great hotel on paper but our experience wasn't great

The location is good, it's just a 20 minutes walk to the city center, it's close to a very nice park and there are supermarkets are restaurants nearby as well. The bathroom seemed recently renovated and was great, the shower was spacious.

We were given a room in the building next door to the actual hotel (with no explanation), with no elevator, old and creaky floors. We had no direct connection the parking and the hotel, we had to go out of the building, walk and go into the hotel to access all amenities and the buffet, the reception and the parking. The mattresses were hard and the pillows too soft, and the room felt a bit cramped up and stuffy although it was not small. It got cold at night and the AC/heater did not heat at all. The floor was dusty in some corners.

Gorgeous lobby

This hotel was located in a nice area with a beautiful park behind it. It was about 20 min walk away from city center. There was a bus stop nearby too. The room was comfortable. The lobby was very colorful and tastefully decorated.

There was no refrigerator in my room. The bathroom was a little outdated fir that beautiful hotel

Disappointing

lovely breakfast

Room was affected by outside road nose making for a badly interrupted night's sleep. With no air conditioning and too much road noise to open a window, the room was hot and stuffy.

The staff were so lovely and helpful if we had any questions about our stay or with any questions about the city.

Property is extremely close to the main town and the bus stop is right outside the hotel which is great. The room felt cozy and homely which made the trip feel so much better.

Very comfortable location, we found a free parking place nearby.

You need to left deposit of 50 euro for the bar in the room. The payment didn’t come back directly. Still waiting for it. That’s not nice.

Cute property 5 mins bus ride from the centre

Gorgeous interior design in public spaces, lovely room with balcony overlooking the park, close to bus stop into the city, great staff, tasty meals, comfortable bed, good shower.

Room wasn't very big, but it was fine for a few days, plus we had the balcony.

Quet place pleasant stay

Very quiet place and unusually peaceful hotel. The 4th star for the quietude is true. Very welcoming and helpful staff, especially the sunny girl at the reception, upon our cheching out. The staff provided an iron upon request.

There is no aircondition, but the weather allows it to pleasant stay in August, without air-condition, except for one or two days.

Room was I'll equipped with no nightstand on the other side, no air conditioning. Fridge was not working and not attended to when requested. No rails to hang personal towels in the bathroom. Had to request for replenishing of water as janitors did not
