Good

Great variety at breakfast and pancakes/waffles for kids was a nice touch. Tram and bus very easy from airport and free also. Location is good but could make things much better by making little changes.

The hot breakfast was warm only each morning. There was a strong smell from the shower/sink in the bathroom which is right next to the bed, so not ideal. The pillow cases on 2 out of the three beds were ripped on one side.

Great stay, we enjoy Luxemburg and our room to come back to after very cold walks in the city.

The room was comfortable, big enough for the family of four. The location was good, and breakfast too. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The heating of our room did not work but we were moved to another one, which worked well.

Breakfast was fantastic and staff is helpful!

Booking didn't notify hotel that we are two couples with a kid each, we couldn't get adjacent hotels. This is shame on booking side and its impossible to reach out to customer support, they send email with option to upload pdf for complaints anf that's it, good luck with your stay.

Cozy hotel with helpful staff

Cozy modern clean room. Would definitely stay here again. Love the water fountain just outside our room. Did not have breakfast. Convenient parking located in the parking garage below the hotel. Can catch the Tram 5 min walk from hotel.

Nice, for a quick stop.

Cleanliness, close to transportation (Tram). The bathroom was very clean and having bathtub plus big shower. The toilet is separate from the shower facilities.

The rooms facing the main road are a bit noise, not due to traffic but due to the Tram. The room window did not close properly which made it worse. The continental breakfast was really basic, with limited options.

Excellent. Great for families

Excellent location. Comfortable suites and great for a family. Tram stop is close by to reach the centre. Friendly staff - Especially the lady at the reception in the evening, she politely answered all our queries with patience and helped our stay much pleasant.

Great location and good size suites

Great location, right on the tram line and close to several restaurants and bars. The suite itself was spacious with good amenities. Very comfortable bed.

The breakfast area was quite small so we had to wait a while for space to become available before we could have breakfast

Perfect stay in Luxemburg

We arrived at the ''wrong'' Novotel, but the receptionist was a very nice man who told us to go to the other one (across the parking), he also gave a little teddy bear to our baby! Very lovely! The room was very complete, and the baby's bed was also ready for us. The beds were comfortable, and the room was able to be completely dark, and we didn't have any complaints about the noise outside. The bathroom was very complete with a shower and a bath (great for our baby too!) Breakfast was also complete. The receptionists were super friendly!! We also asked them for a nice restaurant for dinner ;) So great help! The location is also very close to the centre, 5/10 minutes by tram and walking. We didn't have any problem and it was a very nice walk.

Great Hotel with Good Accessibility

Just a couple of minutes of to the public transportation by walking and 4-5 stops to the center. There are also some places to visit very close to the hotel. Employees are very kind and helpful. Each floor has its own water fountain for drinkable water.

Bed was a little bit low according to an accessible room. It might be reviewed. Besides everything was good.

The breakfast was perfect! Diversity of propositions, nice taste. People on the reception are so carrying! Helping, answering all the questions. Also thank you for the nice tips about the city visit. Rooms are nice, light and clean. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are big. Including shower option inside!

Great place to discover a great city

Spacious, silent rooms. Very clean. Comfortable bed, great breakfast with plenty of options for a rich start into the day. Location is perfect, a couple of tram stops and you’re in the center. Personell is very nice and helpful.

Small improvements could be made on the technical facilities in the room, but nothing too serious.

Great stay at Novotel Suite

Big suite, clean and well equipped, very well connected with the city center by a free tram. Loved the presence of bathtub and shower at the same time. Lovely to have the fridge, microwave, coffee set.. in the room and the water dispenser just outside. Staff very warming and kind. Everything was just perfect.

Excellent hotel to visit the city of Luxemburg

Spacious room, good sleeping coach for our son. Good bed. Nice shower. Plenty of space in the parking lot. Tram stop near the hotel which brings you for free to everywhere you wanna go.

Even though i was happy with the quality of the room and the food. What was mostly outstanding was the extreme friendliness of the hotel service agents. Especially Eva was a very friendly and helpful person who was always open for a talk.

The staff service was great, our bedroom was ready before the hour of check-in. The cold/sparking/hot water in the hall is a great idea I really like it. The room has everything you need for a pleasant stay, including hair dryer and clothes iron.

Location is superb, staff very helpful and pleasant. Liked the security of needing your card to go up in lift. I also liked the daily homemade baking available to purchase at reception. The water with orange, lemon & herbs available at reception also a lovely touch.

Nice hotel, modern and spacious, easily accessible

Very nice design of the hotel, spacious room with all facilities modernly refurbished. Easy access to and from the airport through public transport. Walking distance from the EU institutions, and the Infinity mall with few nice cafes and restaurants is just a couple of hundreds metres away. Nice staff, helpful and courteous.

Good location but very deceptive hotel listing and very uncooperative staff.

The location to the train station

The hotel advertised breakfast was included even got an email but upon checking in the hotel wanted another 50 euros. I tried to show them the reservation info I received but was told that it was a mistake. So either booking or the hotel was. In the wrong since this now happened twice with the same hotel I believe it is the hotel chain that is deceptive. I would not recommend this hotel chain and do not believe everything in their listing or email confirmation.

good hotel in business centre

Room was spacious, the bathroom and toilet were great. The location of the hotel is excellent in the business center of Luxembourg and very close by public transport to the centre.

The breakfast selection could've included more vegan and healthy products (e.g. wholemeal bread) and it was limited in terms of choice overall given the price (e.g. cheese, fruit). It was a bit difficult to get a decaf coffee and a couple of the staff members at the breakfast weren't very friendly.
