Comfortable and beautiful views, but stairs and rundown entrance can be turn offs.

Location was fantastic, views were amazing as well — overlooking the beautiful blue waters! The room itself was also sufficiently spacious and comfortable for 2. There’s also a mini supermarket beside us as well so that was convenient! Host was very responsive and even helped with our bags when we checked in! There isn’t a front desk, this is more like an Airbnb / apartment of sorts.

The entrance was pretty run down, with 3 big bins right at the doorway and definitely didn’t leave a good first impression — given the name of the accommodation, I did at least expect the entrance and building to look more appealing. There was also a really long set of stairs (other reviews stated 90 steps) — not for everyone, especially if you have several bags / heavy bags! Our mini fridge light started flickering on the last night right in the middle of the night — we had a bit of a disco night and I couldn’t sleep at all since the fridge door was transparent. Not by any fault of the hosts of course.

A perfect seaside getaway in Split — stylish, peaceful, and unforgettable.

The property was absolutely stunning — beautifully decorated with a modern coastal touch and an incredible sea view from the balcony. The room was spacious, spotless, and filled with natural light. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect — just a short walk to Split’s main attractions, cafes, and the waterfront. The host was welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

There really wasn’t much to dislike — the only small thing was that parking nearby could be a little tricky at times, but it wasn’t a major issue overall.

Superb location and view

Amazing location, fantastic water pressure, comfortable and lovely host met us to help carry bags up 5 flights of stairs. It was great to be up high though as view was amazing over harbour and old town

Hard to open front door and flat batteries in air conditioning controller which meant we had to leave window open but that made it noisy

Great location

Amazing location with a beautiful view. We loved being a short distance from the old town but away from all of the hustle and bustle. AC was perfect on hot days and the room is surprisingly spacious. Bed was comfy and shower had good water pressure. Communication with staff was friendly and prompt. We also highly recommend booking a private transfer to/from the airport as a taxi to the airport was over twice the cost.

Cleaning could be improved, there were some old stains on the bedding and we found some long hairs around the flat. Walls are pretty thin so if someone is coming in late at night then you will probably hear it. It wasn't a problem for us but there are 4 flights of stairs to access the apartment

Location was perfect & room quiet for the location close to the Riva. Good sized room that was well presented. Building was in good condition.

Last minute booking turns out phenomenal

It was a close walk to everything we wanted to do and see. We loved having the view of the sea. Added perk was the AC to cool on these hot summer days.

The stairs were a lot after days of walking, but overall wasn't a deal breaker to book here again. We didn't have the room with the balcony, but being able to open the windows was sufficient.

Fantastic

Location was perfect. The view from the 4 th floor was fabulous. There is no lift so unless you can climb 4 flight of stairs it would be problematic. The location couldn’t have been better

This was a beautiful room with a perfect location!! It is up a few flights of steps but oh well it is worth if for the view! The staff were super helpful and friendly as well!! 10/10 highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment & perfect location

This place was everything we wanted and more. First, the location doesn’t get better than this, and the view is incredible. It was so easy walking to all of the attractions in Old Town. Second, the property itself has nice amenities and felt very comfortable. We appreciated the rainfall shower head, towel warmer, nice pillows, extra blankets available, refrigerator and all kitchen supplies, and more. Deni was an excellent host and responded immediately any time we reached out. I mistakenly missed the messages from the host company with information for check in, so I did not provide advance notice for our arrival time, but Deni came to meet us immediately, and he even carried my large suitcase up the hill to the property. Overall, we were incredibly pleased with our stay and would gladly book again in the future if we return to Split.

Disapointing

The window shutters were blocked and attached together by a garbage bags. The person from the hotel sayed someone would come to repair but the repair person kept on being late or not a available during two days. There was close to no communication. I was expecting a view on the sea but ended up with no view at all. As of today I had 0 compensation from the hotel.

Great apartment and views

Toma (Host) met me at the front door and escorted me to the apartment. He had been 'WhatsApping' me prior to my arrival, and informed me that he was available on WhatsApp for any questions. Toma also sent me a series of recommendations of restaurants, cafes and activities whilst in Split. The apartment is excellently renovated and positioned with a fantastic view of the harbour to the front a Diocletian's Palace to the left. It is possibly THE, if not in the top 3, best ever room / apartment I've ever stayed in around the world. I also had the best sleep I've had for many months (Thank you for that alone!) The location is only a few minutes walk to Diocletian's Palace and Riva to the left and Telegrin Peak to the right. I would book the apartment again next time I'm in Split without a doubt. Driving to Split from England, parking can be difficult, but there is a public car park to the left near the apartment (But is expensive), if you find a roadside parking spot, the parking warden issues you a ticket and is 12 Euros per day - scan the ticket and pay, easy. There is also an underground car park about 150 metres away (I have no experience) The area feels safe, both in the day and night. Thank you again Toma

You are staying in a historic building and the apartment is near the top floor, so there are stairs! 8 Flights!!! I have bad knees and breathing difficulties (Plus live in a bungalow at home!) so it was just a case of taking time. The apartment and views out weight the stairs (Pack light!!!)

Beautiful room.

Amazing location. 3 minutes walk from shops and bars. The view was incredible, sadly we had bad weather so couldn't enjoy it as much. Bed was super comfy.

Strong smell from the drains in the bathroom which sometimes seeped into the room. 92 stairs with no lift. Killer on the legs after walking all day round old town.

Excellent location and very nice room

Great location just steps from the Riva - and walking distance to all notable attractions in Split, including Diocletian's Palace. I had the balcony room and it was lovely to be able to look out over the sea. The bed was very comfortable and there was great water pressure in the shower.

Didn't realize it was 90 steps up but I earned extra ice cream.

Great views and good facilities

We had a great time. Toma was very helpful. Our flight was delayed and didn’t arrive until very late at night but Toma made sure to meet us and made us feel welcome. He sent us a lot of great restaurant, bar and attraction recommendations. The view from the apartment is great. The apartment had all of the amenities that we needed.

Great place to stay in the heart of old Split.

The location was great with a wonderful view of the harbour. Lots to watch. Very comfortable bed. Facilities excellent. Highly efficient AC, necessary with temperatures in the 30s. It was just what we needed. Our host Toma gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful, describing the history of the building, telling us where the nearest shops were and providing us with a list of recommended restaurants, as well as things to do in Split. We could not have asked for more.

We were happy with everything. The room is on the 3rd floor with no lift. As Toma explained, this is because the building is in a UNESCO heritage site. We benefitted from the exercise but others might struggle.

77 stairs to your front door in the heat, there was no blind or curtain on the window (only a completely sheer one) so the street lights were shining in all night. No knife or utensils to cut fruit/cheese etc. No shower gel. No bed cover, only a sheet which was quite small.

Be aware that this is not a hotel, it's essentially an airbnb. The check in process was strange. There's no front desk or lobby, you wait outside and someone sends you a WhatsApp message and comes and meets you to let you in. You also have to walk through some dark and gross hallways and up 4 flights of stairs to get to the room. Also, if we didn't leave the bathroom window open, the room smelled very musty.

Lovely stay

The location was excellent, right next to the old town. The place felt like a luxurious hotel suite. It was very clean. Toma was an excellent host. Very responsive and helpful.

We stayed Friday and Saturday night. The restaurant at the bottom of the building was very loud but the music did stop at 11.

Beautiful stay in a wonderful country

Everything. I asked to be met at the airport and the driver was there as planned. Very nice guy. Our host Toma was fantastic. He carried my case for me and was so helpful. He added me to his WhatsApp so if I needed any help, all I had to do was message him. He responded straight away. Couldn't have got a better host. The location was excellent as so close to the promenade and meeting points for the excursions we did. So many places to eat and travel links were very close by. Everything about my stay made me fall in love with Croatia and will definitely come back and use Seaview.

Only negative is the apartment is on the 5th floor.

Apartment's location is excellent, right in front of the promenade. View from the Window/ Balcony is stunning. Tomas is very helpful and also helped us with the luggage during check-in. Highly recommended.

Every thing from start to finish was exceptional

We didn’t have breakfast but the location was so good we were spoilt for choice for cafes restaurants serving excellent breakfast. Our pick up from split airport with Mario was an absolute pleasure - he was so pleasant and gave us a lovely history and tips about the whole area - amazing. !!

Awesome location and handy to centre of town. Also has great views of harbour. Good size.

The reception/address provided is not for the apartment. I arranged a private transfer because I had a lot of luggage that drove past where the apartment was and then dropped me at some random address. I was then told when I contacted host that I wasn’t at actual apartment and had to drag 40kg of luggage back up the street. Staff gave great recommendations over WhatsApp but never actually met anyone. The apartment is big enough to warrant a washing machine.
