A value for money stay with good amenities and a convenient location

The room and bathroom were large, clean and well appointed. The manager was incredibly helpful and made herself available whenever we needed anything. The location was easy walking distance to the palace and old town area.

The television reception was hopeless but that didnt really matter. The location is a bit difficuly to find initially.

Excellent room with great view (see photo) Perfect for a short stay in Split.

The staff were all lovely. They spoke great English and were friendly and very helpful. We stayed in room 6 for a higher price and this had a super view down the sea and harbour front. The room was large light and spacious as was the bathroom and it was spotlessly clean. It was really handy for restaurants and for the harbour and it was easy to access. There was plenty of storage for clothes.

The shower was slippy and the sink plug didn’t stop water going out. Not much choice of hot beverages in the room.

Proximity to sea, sights & all that you want to see in old town!

Clean, modern & spacious! Proximity to old town! Near cafes, restaurants, sights & supermarkets! Love the space & that they even had an English channel on TV 😄. So close to the water & a short walk to Diocletian Palace! Julia was so welcoming & helpful!

Location close to old town. Good restaurants nearby. Large room was spotless. Quiet. Great to have kettle in room. Julia was very friendly and helpful . Kindly accepted our late luggage storage and also for rest of family who were staying elsewhere.

Split, Croatia is a Must See!

The property was in a great location in Split. Close to great restaurants and walking distance to so many things, beach, pool. Our host Julija was very helpful and accommodating. She was there all the time and answered all our questions. Very responsive and the apartment was clean bright and had a wonderful view of the promenade.

It can be a little tricky to find so make sure to give your driver the exact address.

Great location, limited assistance

Location was great - close enough to the old town but in a quiet location. The room was big.

It was quite hard to find, it’s in an apartment complex in the basement. Our room was dark with no natural daylight The reception was only open for check in from what we saw. We asked for an extra pillow before we left for dinner but it wasn’t delivered and reception was closed up when we got back. It felt more like an air bnb than a hotel.

Great clean stay very close to Split Cruise Port.

Room was very newly renovated and very clean. All staff went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant, and were very good in communicating back and forth with questions. Location provided us with free luggage storage the day of arrival before we were able to check in, and helped get us transferred into the parking garage for easier transfer to our rental car pickup (which was in the same block on the backside of the building - Avant car rental, which was also very good to deal with).

Nothing to note, other than the public areas of location a being a bit sparse in appearance, but everything was safe and clean.

Short but lovely stay.

Lovely room with nice decor, right on the edge of the old town. Comfortable bed. Easy and beautiful 15 minutes walk along the waterfront from the bus station. Staff member at check in was excellent, giving directions and recommendations for what to see in a short overnight stay and also recommendations for restaurants in the vicinity.

The only drawback was that the water in the shower was barely warm.

Wonderful- would definitely come back to stay.

The main reason for the high rating was the manager - Julija was so helpful. She texted us before arrival and met us outside to show us the garage. She helped us find medical assistance when I got something in my eye. Gave tips on where to visit. Location was great- walking distance to the old city, restaurants and shops plus bonus of on site parking. Modern amenities and bright room.

Stairs could be better lit at night but not an issue.

Amazing modern apartments!!!

The property was really well furnished in a modern style, the twin room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge with double sink and a large shower cubicle. The room had a mini fridge to keep our drinks in. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great location. Highly recommend!!

The entrance wasn’t obvious and took us a while to find where it was, behind a high grey fenced gate.
