Great stay! We received a free room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. Ina was very friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from start to finish. Highly recommended!

I love this boutique hotel and try to stay here whenever I’m in Split. Great location! Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice rooms.
I can’t say anything negative

A very nice experience.
I don't usually write reviews, but I'm happy to share this one. The hotel ordered a driver who waited for us with a plate with our name on it and helped us with our suitcases. Our room was modern, beautiful and clean. The bed was made of plush, which was interesting to us. Our room did not have a view of the sea, but we could use the roof terrace 24/7 with a beautiful view of the sea and the city. As we were supposed to go to Dubrovnik the next day, the receptionist took the time to tell us what we should visit in Dubrovnik.
Thanks to the staff once again for everything.

The hotel seems like its recently had a refurbishment, it is very modern and clean hotel. It is in a great location with parking very close by, the hotel has a roof terrace which gives great views of split and the harbours.
The room shower door don’t seal and seems to drain incorrectly so it flooded the bathroom and the roof terrace had no lights.

We stayed for a short afternoon visit before an evening flight and unfortunately found the experience below expectations. While we appreciated being able to check in around noon, the reception felt a bit unwelcoming. The room was not as quiet as we had hoped, and noise from other guests was quite noticeable. No lock from the inside on the door. Place could use a fresh coat of paint. Upon arrival, we found a long hair on the bed, which raised concerns about cleanliness, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor in the room. While the location is convenient, overall the stay did not meet the standards we were expecting.
Smell, noise, cleanliness, really long black haie on the bed, no lock on the door, staff not very friendly, paid more than price given on booking.

Great location for us, close enough to the old town but not directly in the hustle and bustle
We had the annex top floor room and was spacious and great sea views
Both bedside tables broken, kitchenette in the room was pretty much empty of all things one might need so kinda useless. I think was one plate and a couple of forks but not much else, no bin except the tiny one in the bathroom.
The main negative was that the room seemed to be infested by tiny ants, all over the bathroom and kitchenette

It’s location near the promenade and old town
We had a “deluxe” room which rather small and not cheap so it was a surprise to find that in the bathroom there was no shampoo or body wash or a bar of soap for the shower. So the first thing we had to do was go and buy some. And just a note for breakfast you have to go to a nearby restaurant also fairly nearby is the parking garage which costs €44 per day

The whole stay couldn’t have been more lovely from the time we arrived and got an early check-in to our beautiful breakfasts to an unexpected breakfast to take with us when we checked out

Hotel is cute and small, placed on the main promenade. It's very close to the center of Split, walk in distance to everything, but at the same time, it was rather quiet at night.
Really nice sea-view with yachts parked right in front on the water! The room we got, also had a cute balcony with a table and chairs. The staff was welcoming and we could store our bags in the reception area on our last day, which was great!
We paid 320 euro for 1 double room with sea view for 1 night, mid-July (no breakfast, nothing extra, just the room).
For this price, we consider cleanliness is definitely lacking there. We were provided sheets with sand inside them at the feet area, which means they were either not changed after previous travelers, or were placed on a dirty floor before changing (?). From the pillows, 2 out of 4 did not look like they were changed, were all crumpled, so we only used 2. Walls have all sorts of dents and signs everywhere and in general it's not very clean.
It feels for renovation they generally used cheap materials which bruize/bend easily. The tiles near the balcony were cracked in the middle and there is a step there invisible in pictures (!). The towels were in 2 shades of white (probably old ones combined with newer ones).
They don't provide anything extra, not even 1 bottled water and outside during the day there were 35 degrees celsius, so it was boiling! The coffee provided is a very cheap 2in1 nesscafe powder mix, not actual coffee. We had a minifridge, but nothing inside it, no option to buy drinks/water either.

Lovely room, amazing views of the city, thoughtful staff.
Great location!
Just be aware there are two rooms that are a little extra $$ with great views. One has views of the ocean and one has views of the town. You don't get to pick, they tell you which one when you get there.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is close to the marina, close to some more 'localish' restaurants and Marjan Hill (sooooo beautiful). The room, although extremely strange with the modern decor had a very nice balcony which is why we booked this room.
The front desk staff on our arrival was very delightful. The front entry smelled soooo badly of smoke it was an immediate turn off. There was no description of the hotel or wifi or breakfast or check out or anything about this place at arrival. The staff during the rest of the staff could hardly be bothered to say even hello. The hallways are dark and unwelcoming. Also, it is soooooo loud...the cars blast by almost all night long and people are drunk, singing and talking and laughing until all hours of the night. Although mostly happy, it was tough to listen to all night long.

Gorgeous hotel with stunning views of Split harbour. Our room was spacious & clean. And staff were so lovely. The area is right at the end of the promenade with so many restaurants & cafes. Everything was a short walk away.
The bed was a little hard but ok.

Location is superb. The room we stayed in was alright. Reception Staff is what made the difference to rate it a 10.
We would be out whole day and come in the evening. The toilet would smell bad, I mentioned it to the staff when we were leaving. Also, the cleanliness in the room can improve.

Great location within an easy walk of the old town and bus / railway stations.
Breakfast room is incredibly cold but clearly that won’t be a problem in the summer months.

We didn't have the breakfast but the location was excellent with stunning views across the bay form the terrace. The staff we so helpful in organising a last minute stay, booking taxis and so on. They could not have done more.
The only challenge we had was locating the main entrance as we arrived late at night

The two young ladies working at the reception desk were incredibly pleasant. The hotel has a small but nice roof-top terrace - ideal for catching sunset and sunrise. Wifi was good, rooms were very clean. Eclectic decor.
Breakfast is expensive at E15 per person if you don't prepay. Breakfast is cold meats, eggs, fruit, cereal, and pastries. Limited options if you're vegetarian/vegan. Be careful of asking the hotel to arrange transport to and from the airport - it's very expensive if you do! It also seems that you get different prices depending on which staff member takes the booking. We booked with Ana, the manager, and it was E95 for two people each way to/from the airport. A fellow traveler booked with one of the ladies at the front desk and only paid E50 for two people. She failed to respond when we asked the manager about the price differential. The car that picked us up told us they were an Uber, and they would have charged us E40 rather than E95. So be aware that you can get transport much cheaper by organizing it yourself. The bus, incidentally, is E7 each way to/from the airport!

After a stressful mishap at the airport regarding my luggage, I had to stay an extra night in split and chose Galeria Valeria for my unplanned extra night’s stay.
I am so glad I chose this hotel, I had such a wonderful stay and the reception staff, especially Lucy, were SO helpful and kind to me. This was so appreciated as I stayed behind from my group and was in Split, alone for a couple days. Lucy recommended where to go to replace my lost toiletries, contacts, and clothing, and she was funny and fun to talk to which made my situation feel lighter.
The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, I only wish that toiletries such as a toothbrush and face wash were provided (only noticed because I had no luggage whatsoever with me)
The location is prime, steps away from Fife restaurant and the port, while still being tucked around the corner away from the main, busy street.
I absolutely recommend staying at Galeria Valeria for your stay in Split, Croatia!

Location was perfect. Close enough to walk to everything and just far enough away from the bustling crowds of tourists.

The hotel is in the great location. Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival
The hotel was just a bit meh. It wasn't anything special.
It was a bit annoying we had to pay cash for the room on arrival.
