The 105 suite has no aircon for many weeks (as in other Google reviews) yet the staff keeps quiet about it when check-in. We made noise and they promised to give discount but took back their words last minutes blaming miscommunications.
We were given random rooms each night to sleep and it was very inconvenient. They even lied the aircon failed on the day we checked in but the reviews said otherwise. The same aircon prob has been there for weeks.
I have no idea why this kind of deceitful management and staff still exist in this industry.
