The house location is superb, we definitely recommend staying there

Property is situated in a great area . The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. It was very clean and comfortable .

The staircase was manageable but a bit tight. We were a bit disappointed when we didn’t receive any follow up response when we asked too leave our bags onsite for a couple of hours after checkout.

Central Location

We had both the Deluxe King Studio and Superior Apartments. Ana met us to show us around the property and responded quickly to any questions during out stay. Super central location in walking distance to an array of pubs restaurants, beaches as well as the ferry port. Both apartments were clean and had everything you could need as well as outside seating areas which are hard to come by so close to the centre of Split. Deluxe king studio was on the ground floor and Superior apartment on the second level up a very narrow staircase which was not a problem for us, but my be for those with mobility needs.

A great apartment to know

From the moment we met Anna we were whisked to our apartment. It's a great location, a minute walk to the port and close to lots of lovely restaurants. Everything about the apartment was great. The decor, the linen, the bright modern bathroom and the large terrace. A lovely place to stay for a few nights to in Split.

If an apartment has a kitchen then it would be appreciated to have basic cooking essentials. Coffee capsules or loose coffee, with sugar, milk etc. should be standard. Also missing is bottled water in the fridge, at least 1 bottle on arrival. The mattress is tio soft for my taste. The noise from the guests below may be annoying.

The unit was a little small. Unfortunately, we rented the larger unit in 2017. The same unit was not available this time. The larger unit was definitely more comfortable.

Amazing property in the heart of Split old town

Amazing property so central within Split. We booked our accommodation last minute, communication with Toni and Ana was so easy and accommodating. They organised a taxi pick up from the airport and Ana, a superb host greeted us on arrival. We stayed in the king suite and it was exactly as pictured. The interior of the suite was amazing with the rustic stone walls and beautiful furnishings throughout. The bed was super comfy and it was exceptionally clean throughout the entire room. We loved the private terrace for the morning sunshine and having drinks at night time. Split promenade is only a short stroll with everything you need right all within walking distance (Supermarkets, restaurant’s, bars, tour meeting points etc) The property was free when we were checking out so Ana gave us a late check out no problem and organised our taxi back to the airport with a lovely driver. Thanks so much for such a great stay. Would highly recommend and we hope to return in the future.

What a wonderful place!

Right in the heart of Old Town Split. Loved the outdoor seating area which caught the early morning sun for breakfast outside. Immaculately clean and great information by Ana.

An outside light to be able to see the entrance steps and keypad when returning when dark.

Location though is amazing. In the middle of the beautiful old town next to a lot of amazing restaurants.

Caution - there are different apartments in the Awesome Stonehouse. Unfortunately, the studio apartment was too small for two people being a rooftop apartment. The staircase leading to it is way too narrow (not recommended for people who travel with normal luggage). Sewage drainage in the shower is malfunctioning so that it sets the bathroom under water even after a 1 minute shower. Toilet flush does not work properly. Very thin walls so that you can hear the most silent conversations of your neighbors.

Beautiful room , with a stunning huge terrace , very clean & classy . Great location at the end of the Riva on the way up to Marjan Hill . A luxurious apartment at a reasonable price with an abundance of bars & restaurants on the doorstep

Super location, well maintained. Beautiful old stone apartment. Quiet and peaceful in the old town and yet still only a 2 minute walk to the sea. Great staff to help out.

The hostess! She was lovely and funny. The place was well-appointed and clean. Ideal for a longer stay.

We stayed here in the spring and it was COLD! Makes sense because it is clearly a heritage home. There were heating facilities of course, but it was tough to keep the chill at bay. Nothing some slippers and warm jammies can’t handle though.

Location was excellent and great facilities right on the door step. Ana was amazing and provided all the help we could possibly have asked for which was greatly appreciated when traveling with children during COVID.

Nothing but it was a shame we missed trying the little wine bar down the hill... it looked lovely.

Slecht schoongemaakt overal haren Wc bril die los zit Kregen oorspronkelijk de info van het verkeerde appartement waar we een andere vakantiegangers verasste toen we binnen stapte. Gelukkig was iedereen gekleed.

Die Lage ist super. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, sie haben immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Grösse des Appartements war perfekt für uns zwei. Auf der Terrasse haben wir gefrühstückt und etwas relaxed nach dem Trubel in der Stadt.
