Comfort at its best.

The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful.

Upon check-in I wish the hostess would have shared information about the hotel. Ex. Breakfast, pool hours etc. without me having to ask.

asked the housekeeper to make sure she cleaned our room. I knew she didn't understand me so I told them again at the front desk. we were gone all day and they never cleaned our room. said never mind just please bring up some toilet paper and clean towels. 3 hours later came up with a hand towel and a standard towel for 3 of us. no toilet paper. 1 hour later went down to ask again for toilet paper. because of that they gave us made to order breakfast free. no one there to seat us which was fine but all of the tables were dirty. they asked if we wanted to order and I said well we need menus first. after about 20 mintues brouhgt us coffee. no silverware. the wait staff was walking to tables asking them if the order was theirs. customers were all frustrated. walking around with the bills asking who it belonged to. we waited almost 45 minutes more with no one coming back to update us. there were only 4 more tables with people so it wasn't busy. we along with a few other tables just got up and left.

Not what we expect from a Sheraton Hotel.

That's really hard to answer. The location was good.

We were really disappointed in the hotel. To say it didn't live up to our expectations would be a gross understatement! When we checked in to our first room, I attempted to close the shade and it fell off the window. Then I was told there were no other handicap rooms available. However, after further conversation, we were told there were no more handicap rooms with king size beds. Our second room, with twin queen size beds, had the window blind rolled up. This was because, again the shade control was broken. On Tuesday we talked to a woman who said she was the manager and would have it fixed. It never was. All week we set in a dark room whenever we were there during the day. In addition, the handicap tub/shower was very slippery - thank goodness we brought a non slip mat. It was also a tub that my wife had difficulty stepping over - I had to help her in and out to keep her from slipping and falling. A walk in shower that some rooms had would have worked much better. This was not a handicap friendly bathroom. Finally, the cleanliness of the place was not what we expect from a Sheraton Hotel. In the morning when I would go down for coffee, the trash can was overflowing with beer bottles and used coffee supplies. The serving tray had cream spills and no one was checking to see if anything needed to be wiped down and cleaned up. The outside appearance was also unkept with weeds and grass that needed to be mowed. One last thing; the hand cream was rancid. One can only guess how long it had been in the bathroom and had never been replaced.

Liked the rooms were clean

The beds were horrible. I have a bad back. The beds were like mush. I had to sleep in the chair. I am so glad there was a chair in the room. Did not like the fact there was cold coffin the foyer. It was 8am. There was to be breakfast available. No coffee no breakfast.

Experience in this hotel lack of organization and fairness of the hotel The 4 night room had already been prepaid via PayPal in advance with booking for my daughter Greta on a business trip day 24 SETTEMBRE arrival at the front desk there were two girls who told me they would take 100 USD deposit from the credit card instead after a careful check they blocked me twice 955.83 x2 = 1911.66 USD they did not give me the pos receipt I checked my bank and I realize this of the block and charge of 955.83 USD I had already paid everything with PAY PAL with BOOKING I asked for an explanation several times the girls at the front desk told me that you need the manager to unlock the block of 1911.66 USD and undue charge of 955.83 already paid by pay pal with booking I checked out of the hotel on the morning of Sept. 27 and Sept. 29 and Mastercard informs me that they are still blocked I am traveling in USD for work you got me in trouble by blocking 2867.49 usd to book other hotels and rental cars etc you took away my autonomy of my travel this is not fair this. as of today October 3 still all blocked I have not gotten my card money back booking after calling many times has opened a file but struggling to contact hotels

Had a lot of trouble with the Internet at nigh. When we called the front desk for assistance the young clerk was rude and abrasive and hung up on us. It would have been better if she hadn't answered the phone at all, because at least then it wouldn't have been an unpleasant end to our day.

Rooms were clean.

I was told when I got there we couldn’t have the king bed that we had reserved. There was no attempt to give us any refund or perk when the error was theirs. Room had no fridge - something I missed in the description. TV had no signal. The room had a power strip for charging phones/usb cords that, as it turned out, worked for only a couple of minutes but not through the night, meaning that we left for the second all-day drive with uncharged devices. Went to complain when we were checking out, but someone else was busy chewing out the person at the front desk for another, different dissatisfaction.

Left feeling violated.

This location I visit frequently. I really used to feel as though it was a safe place to be.

Everytime I go in as of late there is something wrong with my room. Several times it has been unclean taking as many as 3 times to get a clean room. My last experience I had taken a shower and began to relax in my bed before someone other than my spouse entered the room. Due to a room mix up with staff. After this experience I did not feel comfortable staying the entire night and ended up leaving the shortly after the incident. The staff person apologized for their mix up and offered me a 10.00 coupon for the inconvience. However, this trip was totally not worth 150 dollars I was charged.This also totally changed my comfort level with a random person having access to your room.

Bryan is one of the best. he helped me out MAJOR one night while attempting to get in the building . I thank him for being alert and timely. he made me feel super safe as a solo traveler.

Nice modern building.

Modern facility. 24 hour gym. Close by restaurants, yet quite place. Most of the receptionist were very friendly during our 2 nights stay.

Pillows were not comfortable, but bed was. House keeping only cleaned bathroom, didn’t provide new towels or make bed. Also knocked on door at 9 in morning to do cleaning. We were still in bed. Had to tell her to come back later. If someone talked in hallway or knocked on other doors, we could hear them.

Poor

The first room I had didn’t have a privacy blind. Told the front desk and was able to get placed into another room. In that room the remote for the TV wasn’t working. After sometime of messing with it we were able to get it tuned on to finish watching some football. But then after the game went to change the channel and didn’t work. tried multiple things. eventually just ended up turning the tv off and going bed.
