Good deal for big rooms, mostly clean, good breakfast.

Breakfast was good, way better options than most hotel breakfasts. Appreciated the selection and the real dishes.

The room appeared clean, but once my shoes were off, my feet were sticking to the kitchen and bathroom floor. Could not walk around without shoes in the room. Also, there were many stray hairs in the bedding and shower that were from previous guests. I understand that's a challenge to clean but I've never seen so many.

Great management and housekeeping staff. Was there for the Notre Dame graduation and hotel had been overbooked. Room we initially pre paid and booked was actually upgraded along with giving us a $100 discount for the 5 nights we stayed there

Breakfast menu was very disappointing ! Several of the days we were there, they’d run out of many food items. Two of our 5 night stay there was no coffee creamer or complimentary bottled water in the lobby refrigerator

Location was good. Room was comfortable.

1) I booked a one bedroom and paid a higher price. The room type was not available at check in so I had to take a standard room. And I was charged the original price. As well, the person at reception was not at all caring. 2) The breakfast area was not well maintained. Several times coffee was not available.

Unmentioned charges of $50 per night for “incidental fees”. we decided to extend our stay an extra night, when we gave them our card to pay the fee for an extra night they charged us the entire hotel stay amount, we had already payed this through booking.com. they say it’ll resolve itself when we check out. it’s been almost 5 days now and we’ve been charged not once, not twice, but THREE times for one hotel room for ONE night. I’ve left voicemails for the manager, I’ve messaged through booking.com, my husband went to the property and they argued with him questioning if we had even stayed there and said they don’t show any of the charges on their end. they told him they would call me to fix it since it was in my name. nothing.

The property has a pool but the temperature was frigid and unusable. The rail to use while walking into the pool felt unsecured as I could move it quite a distance left to right. Also, a majority of the staff were not friendly, often making me feel like it was a burden to ask anything.
