Location

At check in was not told where to find room or elevator. Was not told where to find snack area and that ice machine on my floor was out of order also no sign on ice machine saying it was not working!!

the front desk staff were very accommodating and pleasant the house keeper were polite and helpful as well.

the server/cook in the dining area was very short and dismissive when asked a question. the breakfast options were very limited compared to other. Hilton/Hampton we visited

Poor equipment in facility, minimal help; unable to provide refund because of booking.com used.

Arrived and room was stuffy. Turned on AC and discovered it was very loud (broken). Later went down to front desk to ask for assistance in turning off AC becuase I had a Zoom call and couldn't have it with the loud AC. Front desk person came up to the room when I requested help in turning the AC off and heard the loud AC. When I asked her if I could have another room, she didn't respond. Had to go down to front desk again (telephone in room also didn't work) at 1:30 am to request another room, which the desk person provided, although I had to move all my stuff. Didn't get back to sleep all night. When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn't do it because I'd booked using a 3rd party (Booking.com) ... won't do that again.

Great Staff & a Hot Tub

The Staff was very Friendly & Accomodating. We love that they had a Hot Tub & a Pool! We love that they had Free Breakfast & WIFI! We enjoyed the Free Cookies too! We appreciate that they even let us checkout at Noon instead of 11am!!! The Bed didn't make my back hurt!!

It would be nice if they had Fruit Loops Cereal for Breakfast. None of the juices from the juice machine tasted good.

Exceptional

Took grandkids swimming. There were no towels in the swimming area. There was a sign on the wall if you need assistance you can use this phone. I told my granddaughter to pick up the phone and tell them that we needed some swimming towels. The front desk lady was walking by and she told her to quit playing with the phone. Not even saying anything to me I had to let her know that I told her to pick up the phone and let her know there was no swimming towels. We were the only three people in there. I told her she’s not gonna just pick up the phone and play with it. She’s 10 years old. She went on to say that a lot of kids play with the phone. I told her not all kids are the same and I am the adult here with her watching her.

The breakfast options were nice.

The toilet did not flush properly. Water was at the ankles when a shower was taken due to poor plumbing. I reported the room# and problems to the front desk. I called the front desk (Donovan) to request a plunger in order to unstop the toiet. It never arrived. Donovan reported he forgot the room number. I was informed a maintenance worker was not available. Donovan was pleasant; however, he did not appear concerned about the poorly functioning plumbing.

Comfortable bed; friendly staff; cookies and water:) clean rooms

Sink was broken; tub broken, toilet clogged way too easily. My husband is a plumber so he fixed all of these things, but usually don’t have bad rooms at Hampton. Also had a musty smell to room, not a clean smell like I am used to with a Hampton room. Also, very few breakfast options compared to other hotels. We are out.
