Definitely a great place to stay

I would return, but bring better breakfast food, instant coffee and request 1st floor.

Very clean. Price! WiFi worked! Walk-in shower. Location near interstate, shopping and restaurants.

Poor Breakfast - no protein. No in-room coffee. Very few guests but I was assigned 2nd floor, near end of hall. No elevator for carrying multiple bags.

Room looked clean, modern and cozy. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean and modern. Cardio equipment available was a nice addition. Breakfast breads/pastries and hand fruit was a nice touch.

Desk chair had numerous spots of various fluids on it - looked nasty. Rug also had some dirty spots. REally difficult to figure out hoe to turn on and turn off bedside table and desk lamps.

Good but not Great

Room clean and bed comfortable. Quiet. Accomodated our request.

Design of bathroom is not ideal. Water from shower spills onto floor and the bathroom is then wet. No towel racks, just a couple of hooks for bath towels. Need reading lights on both sides of bed versus just one. Light in desk area was missing cord, there were no hangers for clothes. Discussed all of this with front office staff.

Good value and convenient for those traveling on Indiana Tollroad

This location is very convenient for those traveling on I-80. It is literally across from the entrance/exit to the Indiana Tollroad. There are also multiple dining options in close proximity. (My favorite is Culver's on the other side of I-80 from the hotel.) Ample free parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good value, IMO.

I stayed here several years ago when the laminate flooring seemed to be relatively new, but now the flooring is really showing its age both in the common areas and also in the room where I was staying. I understand that those hotels that permit pets cannot have carpeting, but the bare floors make for a very cold, sterile feel.

Perfect place to stop for a clean place to sleep.

Clean room and updated bathroom. It was perfect for a quick sleep before getting back on the road. For the price a very good value. My husband and I thought it was a nice stay for the price.

The breakfast was as good as expected for the price. There were a few questionable people staying there. If I were a single woman traveling alone, I am not sure I would have been comfortable staying there by myself.

Needed water to be available. Last couple times I stayed, there was a cooler with water available. Coffee tasted awful.

Done wrong

I was told i could have my cat there with me and after 2 nights was told I had to leave. They waited till it was to late for me to cancel all my days and wound up keeping one nights charge which i find totally wrong since they're the ones that went back on their word. You need to change your pet policy to specify dogs only if that's how your going to be. Make sure people know cats aren't allowed. Advertising pet friendly and then discriminating cats is wrong.

Very pleasant stay within a block of the Elkhart welcome center. I am heading there now to learn all about tours to Ami

Property is conveniently located off Indiana thruway at exit 92. Exit and proceed straight at first traffic light , less than three blocks on your left. Look for the beautiful flower gardens. Located behind Perkins restaurant and across from the Cracker Barrel Restaurant two good choices for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Newly renovated every thing is very clean and modern in appearance. The Staff was amazing, at one point I thought I had Los t my purse and was in a panic. The clerk checked her security cameras and confirmed I was not carrying it when last I entered. Back to my car and Voila! another crisis averted. She went above and beyond. Thank you.

Breakfast is really just a grab and go. Fruit and pastries. 24 hour coffee service was a plus. Not a real issue for me and with the low price Booking got me with my Genius Award

It gave a feel of safety & security. You could tell the owner/management/staff cared about presentation..full hanging baskets at the portico, small strip of grass nicely mowed & edged, with a flower bed down the center. Aesthetically pleasing & welcoming!

Very clean! Appreciated the hard floors. Staff was fantastic! We requested rooms close together and rooms were perfectly located.
