It was so so. Not great, but also not horrible.

Location, room layout.

-Shower floor needed some good scrubbing with bleach. Was dingy/stained looking. -The bed was not good. Was squeaky and very worn. I woke up with severe hip pain from the dip in the mattress.

I liked the cleanliness, decor, room setup and space for hanging and placing all of our items. The coffee was very good.

Everything I look for in a hotel--safe, clean, comfortable, quiet, everything works! Pleasant staff!

My experience at Avid Hotel was excellent. Spotlessly clean. Modern design/furnishings. Quiet rooms. Room darkening shades that work. Comfortable bed with 4 pillows (mix of hardness/softness). Fresh feeling. Not one complaint!

It was simple and worth the amount of money.

The beds were probably the best thing. The shower head was also a bonus it was the right pressure. The tall ceiling helped keep the noise down from the guests above us. For a 2 day stay it was a pleasant experience.

The toilet was a little short and the shower could have been a bit bigger. It definitely did not cater to the plus size community. The maid services barged into our room while we were sleeping. They also did not speak English so it was difficult to talk with them.

Modern, clean but cheap.

Size of bathroom was nice and the room was clean

The room had a modern cheap feeling to it, there are no microwaves in the room and you have to share a community microwave with the entire hotel. Theres only 1 microwave. Breakfast, I mean what breakfast? Cheap premade egg omelette, like the ones you would get at school but without cheese or a sausage biscuit, everything else is just cereal, muffins, fruit, yogurt or granola bars, so breakfast was less than average. For the price guests should at least have a microwave, there is no in room coffee machine either and the ice maker bucket is so cheap of a material you would think that it was disposable. The room was big with limited furniture it felt kind of empty. There are no closets. If your looking for a place to sleep for a short period of time, this will work for that but the room is a bit over priced to me. At most they should be charging $100/night including taxes and fees. Honestly I should have went across the street to Laquinta, its cheaper and I get a better than ok breakfast and microwave in my room.
