Good price good stay exceptional service from the staff

Tim the afternoon front desk guy was excellent I'm a person who has to have background noise like a fan or something going when I try to sleep I cannot sleep an absolute quiet room the first room the fan really did not work in the heater and the mirror was cracked on the door I advised them of it and Tim got me another room. Unfortunately the second room also had the same issue with the heater the fan would barely run so we found another room we went up there and the fan did work and everything seemed to work so third time was a charm Tim was very very accommodating. During the weekend when I interacted with Tim he was in a very very good mood he was cleaning the floor and doing things overall Tim is an exceptional employee there.

Unfortunately the water pressure in the bathroom was not good thankfully with the shower head that is energy saving it was able to put out enough water for a decent shower but as far as following the tub which I do like to do a tub bath it took forever and the tub did not seal so I had to use some plastic wrap in addition to the seal at the drain to put water in it and obviously the water at the sink the water pressure was very very low as well but I managed.

Found a bed bug, took it downstairs and they acted like it was a problem to switch my room and also expected me to take the cup with the bedbug back, switched me to a room with dirty sheets and said they had no other rooms clean, so i asked for new sheet set and he huffed and puffed the whole time, unfortunately i had booked the same hotel for on our way back before we even left for our trip, go here was put in the same room as the bedbug, asked if it got exterminated, they were unsure if it ever did so i requested a new room and that seemed to be an issue again. Also smelled like cig smoke on the entire floor, and weed on the first floor. Won’t be staying here again

Breakfast was horrible both days. First day, I asked for ketchup, salt and pepper and the staff member working the breakfast bar was very unwelcoming and told me “um no” and told her eyes when I asked if those items were available. The bar hardly had any other condiments, the waffle batter was very runny so the waffles didn’t come out right, the eggs were overcooked. The drink machine only gave out water or cranberry juice on both days. You would think with the options being limited at least they would be of good quality. Morning 2, same as morning one but NO sausage was offered. Only overcooked scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy with watered down cranberry juice. Very disappointed!

Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The staff was welcoming, kind, and truly made us feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the pool and gym were a HUGE hit with my kids. Everything was family-friendly and well maintained even the ice machine worked perfectly (which matters more than people realize 😂). What stood out most was how relaxed and enjoyable the entire experience felt. My boys and I made so many memories here, and the energy of the hotel made it easy to have fun while still feeling comfortable and safe. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to any family looking for a fun, welcoming place to stay

The only thing that threw me off a bit was when I checked into the room before my boys arrived the sheets had some stains on them. While the front desk assured me they were chemical stains, it made me a little uncomfortable. Thankfully, the staff was able to provide fresh, clean linens right away, and the rest of our stay was perfect.

Convenient, pet-friendly and great free breakfast – met our needs perfectly!

Free breakfast is great - lots of hot options, very clean and well managed. Hotel is perfect for our needs - clean with carpeted floors and steps which our pups appreciate. Pool hours are great and my partner and daughter enjoyed.

The beds could be a little comfier for a good night's sleep, but not sure if the beds in pet-friendly rooms are intentionally not updated as often? Our climate control didn't work in fan mode to minimize noise for our pets so it shut off and on all night unless we made it very very cold. The man working the front desk was a little strange. My partner parked and tried to check us in but the Booking.com resy hadn't gone through yet, so he sent me in to check again. Even though he had just talked to my partner less than a minute prior he treated me like I had stolen his wallet and identity (resy was under my name, but we were using his card which I used on the Booking.com site) and wouldn't proceed until my partner returned. I understand fraud concerns, but then he was very dismissive of me after that point and it felt like a very sexist experience. Then he acknowledged our two dogs but yet didn't think to mention the pet fee for the 2nd dog until after we'd already completed everything and were walking away. We had stayed there a few nights before which I mentioned to him, and had an amazing experience at check-in with the woman who was working. This guy just seemed off in some way. He seemed friendly with others though.

Our room was disgusting. Our shower was dirty. Our bedding was absolutely disgusting from the sheets to the comforter. Everything had dirt, stains, or gunk on it all. I had to go down to the front desk and get new bedding from which they then didn’t have the right size bedding so they gave us smaller bedding and then had to try and put on the bed ourselves. On top of that the love seat or couch had what appeared to be cigarettes burns in it or something like that. And left the next day itchy so very concerning

I had mold in my bathroom shower area on the ceiling and the drywall was peeling. Hair (not mine) on the wall of the shower, when I got moved to a different room, the shower had a crack in the shower pan, more mold on the ceiling and the bathroom tile floor had grout breaking and sticking up.

Disappointed stay

Friendly greeting when I walked in. Beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was decent. There were eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, and waffle makers. Also 3 cereal choices, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bread, and bagels. The lobby and tables were clean and morning staff was friendly.

After I checked in, I was made aware that the pool would be closed for maintenance the following morning. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the kids to swim. The room was basic with damaged furniture that needs to be updated. The bathroom door did not latch, so someone either held the door shut for privacy or just stayed in the other area of the room. When we used the pool, there were no towels on the shelf for when you left. A gentleman even came into the pool area and saw use using the pool and still didn't offer any towels. Only made sure we knew the time the pool closed. The refrigerator in the room did not keep anything cold, so we had to use ice to help chill the refrigerator. Lastly, the pillows were not comfortable, and you had to almost fold them in two to get any type of support.

The location is nice. Off the beaten path but close to businesses and close enough to city. Front desk guy was friendly.

It seems like the place is getting run down. The room floors were very dirty, the tile floor grout was cracked and the curtains were old and brittle and the walls were dingy. House keeping wasn't the best. The bathroom and shower were dirty and there wasn't extra towels for a two night stay.
