A comfortable stay but for a 3-star hotel, I feel real breakfast crockery and cutlery should be used

My bed was great! My welcome was great! My parking spot!

Floor was filthy. Nothing in the room worked except tv.

The location of interstate was convenient and the room met our needs for family of 5.

The mattress on the pullout sofa bed was badly soiled and the binding was falling off. There was no tub mat so the tub floor was slippery.

It was the best stay of our road trip! Very relaxing!

It was great to step into the room and have a smell of fresh instead of musty, loved the decorations in the room, everything worked! Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly and ready to attend requests!

The man at the front desk (I think he was the hotel manager) was exceptional! He was friendly and always greeted us with a smile and a genuine welcoming attitude.

The bathtub/shower had no grab bar and no shelves for soap, shampoo, etc. Other than that everything was great.

The hotel needs updating. I felt the facilities were worn and dirty. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Having no housekeeping for the amount we paid was disappointing. We paid for 4 adults and when we asked for more towels the manager acted like it was an inconvenience. Not friendly at all!

The area was close to our events. The staff was nice and helpful and the building was nice and clean

There was nothing to complain about. One small thing though, the orange juice went out😊. With my events I didn't get to the pool, our visit was wonderful
