Room was clean. Kitchen was great. Donuts after ND game was a nice touch.

They did not have room for us once we got there. We could not stay there. Terrible experience.

Horrible experience except for check in lady. Will never stay here again.

No breakfast was offered or was not told were it was. when making a reservation I asked if early check-in was available. Was told yes. When I arrived was told early check-in not available because only one person was cleaning rooms. This was a Notre Dame game day, management should have insured they had enough help. Several other customers were waiting for early check-in as well. No managers were on property only the check-in person, who said they left before guests arrived. What a terrible impression of the property.

Comfy Beds and recliner in room. Very Clean and friendly front desk staff

TV didnt work had to get them to comein and fix, smokers gathered right at front door so we had to walk through them to enter or exit

I had to hold the tv remote over my head and push buttons several times to change channels, even after getting another set of batteries from the front desk. They took the batteries out of another remote.

Nice rooms, not great customer service.

The rooms were updated and the kitchenette was nice.

I was charged through the property and through booking. Paying twice and having my credit card held with twice the funds was stressful. The front desk didn’t seem to know how to reverse the incorrect charge but later in the week it was fixed.

The Lady at the front desk was exceptionally rude and not just me, but everybody had a reservation and she would not because she ran out of rooms that allow dogs so she could kindly offered to call her Manager. and see if she could get approval for us to stay on the third floor though she did explain that she would be charging us an additional $75 per dog of which we had to. Eventually I made her cancel our reservations so we can move on to a more affordable accommodation she was not nice to any. She was rude to the people in front of me.

Very comfortable but needed a second chair.

The room was nice but could have used a second chair. It was clear they are upgrading the facility, new furniture was being brought in while we were there.

The office chair in the room was horrible and was definitely in need of replacement. Only one chair in the room, with two of us staying there for a week we desperately needed a second chair and they did not have any (we asked).

Great location and cozy room

Great location, clean rooms, cozy atmosphere. Within walking distance if you just want to walk to a restaurant or store. The fact that the rms have a small kitchen is convenient and will save on having to eat out if you plan for a longer stay. Staff is friendly.
