The room and staff were comfortable and friendly. But how much is a room without wifi services?

Upon arrival, we were told that the internet was down and would not be functional until that evening. OK. The next day, we were told that it would be available later in that afternoon. On checkout the following day, we were told that it might be available after we left. We also had no working television. No one seemed to be working on the problem. We asked for a partial refund, but have received no reply as of this writing. 50% seems appropriate....

Exceptional Service

This was the best stay ever. All of the staff were absolutely amazing and Taylor on the evening shift and Gayle on the day shift were super kind and extremely helpful. They both went the extra mile to help us and make our stay the best. The property was clean, and the rooms were what I liked with a nice desk, view, and good size bathroom. We loved the yummy breakfast each day and the coffee and spa water all day long!!!

The only thing I would recommend is to switch up the breakfast meat, it was sausage every day and maybe bacon or ham one day would have been nice.

Going above & beyond and the best stay ever!

We came to check out the facility as we needed to move hotels. Taylor was at the front desk and is so efficient and kind and extremely helpful. She gave us a tour and let us check out a room similar to what we wanted to stay in. The next day we lived over and are so happy we did! The facilities are super clean, the staff is awesome….especially Taylor, who checked us in and even after we settled in called to make sure everything was satisfactory and asked if we needed anything else. She really went the extra mile and I found out it was only her first week working here….best hire ever, she is a keeper!!!! The breakfast here is wonderful, freshly made each day and plenty of food for all guests. Pool is super nice and we really like the area and the convenience to downtown. I highly recommend this place over the other 6 in the area!!!

That it was close to our location we were visiting .

That the fire alarm went off at 3am in the middle of a winter storm everyone needed to walk out of the building . Alarm woke up my sick child and we had to step out in the cold without any explanation or apology from the facility. Very disappointed with that.

First night the air conditioner didn't work. The second day we had no maid service. She never reported to work. We went to the office and were able to get some new towels for the second day's stay. There was also no drape on the window of room 204 to darken the room. Other rooms in the motel have one.
