Disappointed that the room I booked was no longer an option at this hotel. They claim they let Hotels.com know. Pool was closed and then very limited breakfast Sunday morning due to no staff. Staff there was amazing and because I booked with Hotels.com, they could not give me Hilton points to offset.

Bathroom faucet wouldn’t stay on in first room. Moved to 2nd room and had same problem. Bedside outlet and reading light non-functional. Leaking shower head. Door to room didn’t self latch. Air conditioning did not work, and because I booked through hotels.com they couldn’t refund or comp me anything. The actual AC equipment for hotel was outside our window and was very noisy. I paid extra for breakfast, the buffet was mostly empty and what was there was overcooked. They were to have some fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage and then typical bagels/bread and cereal - which they did still have. The room was very spacious and clean. We happened to be in the accessible room - however it was difficult to open and close entrance and bathroom doors.

The main gal serving breakfast needs some training very slow to bring each item, from silverware to water to bringing the bill. And there was zero to perhaps one other table occupied for breakfast. Ate breakfast five days in a row and it was painfully slow. She needs some training and supervision. The cook made a perfect omelet every morning!!

My fiancé and I booked the king size room with the jacuzzi in the room for my Birthday and only booked for one night… We enjoyed it so much we ended up staying a second night! The bed was amazingly comfortable… We will most definitely be back

I arrived fine but as I was closing the blind a live bed bug fell. I picked it up in a tissue. Showed to the clerk at the desk. They acted like it was my fault. They changed my room to a room not similar to what I had with a non working remote control. Im still awake at 1 am. I'm not sure I'll sleep at all. If it werent 6 degrees outside I'd sleep in my car.

I wouldn’t stay here if it was the last hotel available. The hotel is hot and humid and we woke up to over $1000 worth of items stolen from our work truck, as it was parked right next to the building. They have no cameras surveying the exterior of the building.

Great stay in the whirlpool room! Reasonably priced and across from the pool and fitness center! Wifi wasn't great, had trouble connecting Xbox to the wifi, loved the smart TV on the room, just wish I could choose which streaming services are on there.

Reserved 2 weeks prior a room with 2 queen beds. They did not reserve the room and only had 1 room with a king bed. The front desk worker figured, since we didn’t have kids, it was no big deal. I stated I reset he room 2 weeks before as, sleeping with a Great Dane dog, is tolerable when the dog sleeps on a queen bed, plus one person sleeps alone. They offered no apologies, no sorrys and now way to resurrect the problem. After a contentious circle of debate, I left and sadly this was not investigated. Won’t stay here again.

OK hotel. Appears a bit underused as few guest. Check in was quick but impersonal at the front desk. Room was clean. Didn't do meals. Breakfast at $14.00 appeared high for buffet, biscuits were overcooked looking. Went a few blocks away to eat breakfast.
