The AC was off when I got to the room, so the room was very warm. It took a couple of hours for the room to cool off to a comfortable temperature. I was required to pay a cash only security deposit. I've never been to a hotel that doesn't just use the card on file to place a security deposit. As it was quite late at night and I don't carry cash. I had to use the ATM in the lobby and pay a $3 service fee to get $20. Then when checking out, I had to wait for the desk clerk to check the room before I could get my $20 cash back. That was very inconvenient.

Had people in the hallway yelling and screaming all night. Being very threatening to staff. Using very racial slurs and threatening violence. Also had their child who was about 3, running up and down the hall screaming till around midnight. I got this all on video. Hotel itself wasn’t terrible. Neighbors…..HORRIBLE

I have never stayed at a motel where the staff at the front desk was rude and disrespectful! He was not personal able had an attitude.The kicker is he was the owner! Paid a 20 dollar deposit in case of damages went to the front desk to return the key cards and to get my deposit back He said he had to check the room after 5 minutes he came back and said there was damage He showed me the picture it was a spot of my makeup on the sheet it only gave me half my deposit back it was horrible he was not nice about it I explain to him that makeup comes out I get out of my stuff all the time it was one tiny spot and he acted like it was the end of the world it was so disheartening and I was so upset and so angry at the fact that he kept going talking over me and it just seemed like he wanted to rip me off I will never stay there again!

Burn holes in the top "blanket" fitted sheets were stained. No bugs seen so that was a plus. Shower was sufficient. Only had 1 partial role of toilet paper. Had to get some from front desk. Flooring didnt reach the wall. It looked like someones brother or cousin knew how to do the maintenence on the property. It was almost everything expected from a cheap hotel room.

This place is dirty, seldom cleaned, and they kept 10$ of the 50$ deposit they asked for on top of paying for our stay because I accidentally spilled medicine on the bed sheet when THEY NEVER CLEANED! They gonna say after the fact that they only clean the room if we requested it. I've never been to a motel that didn't clean the room automatically unless u put up the do not disturb. I will NEVER stay there again;Or any other Motel 6 for that matter.

The price was great! The condition of the property, not so much. Bathroom door didn't latch. Our room door appeared that someone had to break in, as it was splintered and broken near the door knob....The carpet had "rough" spots. BUT, the price was right! Breakfast was hot and ready. The hotel was very unclean he asked if we could use the washer and dryer that was there an available one guy told us we could use it we just had to get our own soap when we use the washing machine it did not work and left soap on her clothes so we re-wash them and we still had soap on her clothes and they did not ring out so we asked the gentleman at the front desk and he said that the washing machine was broken

Quality Inn is easy to get to from the interstate and local roads. Easy access to the parking lot. The employees are friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here on my next visit thru Elkhart.

My whole reason for choosing this hotel was i wanted a swimming pool. The picture on the web sit made it look like a very nice pool. When we get the the pool is dark, with black plastic on the windows. Looked inside, and it was used as a storage room. If there is no pool then dont advertise the there is one, with pictures. Which i had taken a picture of the pool area. Also there was a broken lamp in our room. It was hanging off the pole. If its broken get it out. Also the bathroom door was hard to open, close, and lock. Just seemed like the whole hotel need vacuumed. And fixed up. Breakfast was better than most. As it had waffle, eggs, baggle, Danish, cereal. Every thing else sermed fine. If i was looking for a cheep room just to sleep in, and i wasnt to particular. I guess it would be ok.

The elevators were out of order, the hallway was very hot, there were repairs "in progress" in the hallways, the room was completely bare, barely any furniture, poor caulking around bath (possibly mold?), there was no hot water at 7 pm, the breakfast being served was a very poor spread.
