Needs to be cleaned more thoroughly

The location was very convenient. The staff was very friendly.

Our room had a mirror above the bed, and it had huge smudges and smears on it, the desk and window seat area also had smears and the curtain was ripped at several hooks. There were long hairs in the tub and short hairs in the sheets. We were exhausted from traveling so we stayed but it definitely needs better cleaned.

Meh, disappointing

-room was not ready upon arrival, they did get us a different room but it was smaller, with no $$ adjustment -not enough towels for the amount of people in our room (slept 4, should have enough for 4) -no body wash provided -breakfast was what I consider to be express breakfast with just muffins/bagels/yogurt -no usb charge ports for phones -ice machine broken on main floor

Property need new management. No pride is properly employees.

I stayed at the property for 2 nights. The Front Desk staff were either on their phone or overwhelm with irritation when asked a question. I needed bedding for the pull out bed and extra towels, they acted irritated, air condition control on wall was falling off wall I explained that to front desk and she said , don’t Worry about it. I asked it was a fire hazard being that I could see the wires and she said “you should be fine”. I reserved a room for 4 people so asking for bedding and towels should not have cause such an issue.

Filthy room. Stained sheets. Hair all over bathroom. Breakfast was junk. No coffee made. No juice. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Housekeeper just walked in our room with no warning at 9am. Very bad. Never again.

Room was damp (humid) and bathroom was passable (but we decided to skip the shower). Lighting is florescent and awful.

Staff was very nice but room condition was horrible and did not match the pictures.

Staff was very helpful, front desk helped us out a lot.

Room was not in any condition to be stayed in, for reasons ranging from stained sheets, to a TV that didn't work, to a broken shower plug. Even simple things like the tissue box holder not being put on so you see how grimy it is on the other side. Breakfast was minimal but fine for what it was. Will not be staying again after seeing state of the room.

Booking . Com indicated daily housekeeping when in fact it is every four days. Bath exhaust fan didn't work. Toilet seat became disconnected from stool. No hot water (just a bit past tepid). Even after two uncomfortable showers it remained tepid. Reported to front desk. It improved next day. The other items were reported to front desk at checkout.

Everything was what I had expected for the price but there were biting bed bugs.

It wasn't much of a breakfast.

I used room 118. I checked in on Thursday, 07/03 25 and checked out on Friday, 07/04/25. It was clean but I was bitten at least a dozen times by bed bugs. I didn't notice the bites until Friday night when I went to take a shower. I went to the Kalkaska Hospital in Kalkaska Michigan, and they confirmed it. Everything was what I had expected for the price and traveling for work. I am concerned that I may have contracted something from the bed bug bites. I went to the hospital so I could get the bites confirmed and to have a witness to the bites. I took pictures and texted them to the staff and told them about the bites, but they never got back with me.

It was priced decently. Breakfast was decent. Parking was good. They had a cart to carry in luggage. Staff was friendly.

Room could use an update. Beds were on high metal frames that made noise when using. Only chair in room was stained and in poor condition. Carpet was crunchy. Walls in restroom need cleaning.

Great price, comfortable beds, clean room, but don't expect much more.

Room was comfortable and clean, really good price.

There was never anyone at the desk - you had to go looking for them for help. And the advertised "hot breakfast" is a real stretch. The only "hot" items were a three-day-old crock pot of gluey cheese potatoes and a waffle maker. The rest was cold and most of it was plastic-wrapped. For the price, I can't complain, but it wasn't as advertised.

When we checked in the guy didn’t know we have 4 rooms reserved. He said only 2. I showed him the reservation. There was a man screaming in the parking lot and in the hotel at a woman. It appear he was a “customer”, but he feel in love with her. But she another male “customer” in the hotel room. In the hotel room the carpet was wet. The bed had a metal box spring and it squeaked when we moved. It was bad. The refrigerator in the room was loud.
