Affordable. Great location. Quick check in, but outdated process. Make photo copy of ID and it isnt shredded, its boxed to be shredded. Comfortable suite with beautiful decor. Spacious room. Clean appliances. Breakfast was terrible. Free parking.

Check-in was smooth. Room was okay, but the wifi did not work. There appeared to be older technology in the room which was not functional. Left before the breakfast was open, so I cannot comment on it.

There was a long black hair in the bathtub and a bug had been smashed above the bed with a big spot of bug guys on the ceiling. The room cost more than doubled from a Thursday Night to the Friday Night. I ended up just leaving at like 1AM on Saturday Morning and paid over $130 for a dirty standard room. The staff were friendly. The breakfast is horrible not even any hot eggs just potatoes if you’re lucky.

The bed was clean and comfortable. Carpet not vacuumed well. Bar sink stained and cold tap did not work. Towels were threadbare. One tissue in dispenser. When I asked for additional towels and more tissues, I was told housekeeping would deliver them. When we returned at the end of the day, they had not been. For the cost, it was tolerable, but a little TLC would go a long ways here.

For the price point it was fine. It’s your standard, out dated place. Clean enough to stay for a night. Kinda damp and musty the hallways and the credit card system was down so they had to do everything manually. The ladies at the front desk were pleasant.

The room was great value for the price. It was roomy and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was basic, but OK. Stay away from the OJ machine - the juice was totally watered down. The ice machine on the third floor was filthy - it had some black bits of mold on ice cubes.

I am sorry to say that I can not recommend this hotel. Desk Clerk that was there Sat evening 8/23 (did not get his name..bald chubby gentleman with an attitude) was rude with regard to a request. Also the room microwave did not work unless you slammed the door. Breakfast provided was poor. Had to get the bowls out myself from storage for cereal..no one there to help..COFFEE was WATERED DOWN...sad..only saving grace was the room was clean.

When my sister and I arrived in our room, my sister noticed a roach on the tv stand. I killed it. The plumbing was not good because, in order to flush the toilet I had to wait to flush again it before the bowl was emptied. This was so even when I used the restroom in the lobby. We left early circa 5am so there was no one at the front desk. I was taken aback because, the website said, 24 hour front desk. Anyway, I called the hotel and their front desk phone rang. The employee promptly came out to me my receipt.

The bathroom was obviously not washed down in several days at least. It was DIRTY. The breakfast items were limited and mostly packaged foods. The coffee was watered down and terrible! The front desk daytime attendant didn’t even say good morning, which I think is pretty basic stuff. This is not in line with other Microtel I have stayed at
