Will never stay here again.

The bed was comfortable.

There was no hot water . The pool and hot was filthy . I didn’t like the fact that paid for a room that we couldn’t even bathe in and the staff had the AUDACITY, to not even let us eat breakfast in our rooms. After paying that amount of money I did not wanna sit shoulder to shoulder with every guest in the hotel to eat breakfast. So me and my husband we out for Breakfast.

It was an okay stay

The room was spacious. Pool temp was nice and it was clean.

There was no hot water to use the tub or shower. Broken towel rack in bathroom. Hot tub was a yellowish green and had a big Crack in the bottom, also jets just shot water up and out of it when on. Had to keep asking for pool towels when we went swimming due to the dirty basket being full and no fresh clean towels out.

Nothing. This place looks like people live there. It was not clean and at 830pm they didn't even have a room ready when we showed up.

The hotel is cheap so you get what you pay for so I wasn’t expecting too much so it met what I was expecting for a $70 hotel room

The shower was dirty. When I put in an order to have it cleaned she never showed. The toilet seat was loose everytime we sat down it moved like crazy. No towels in our room no soap to wash hands. The comforter set has stains and the side table was sticky. The room clearly wasn’t cleaned before we got there despite front desk telling us to wait a few minute before we went up because housekeeping was in our room.

I like that it didn't have bed bugs and there was restaurants nearby

I did not like how dirty the room was there was poop on the back of the toilet on the tank area trash on the floor it wasn't vacuumed. The shower was brown. One of the actual worst parts was before booking I called the hotel to make sure their pool was in working order because I stayed at a hotel where I went just for the pool and it was closed I called they were like yes the son of the pool the jacuzzi the business center it's everything is okay the only thing shut down was the gym facility everything was closed and even though everything was closed and they said that a person came to take a vial of water to take to the lab from the pool and the jacuzzi water was yellow they were still letting people go in and swim and when I asked so is the pool actually closed he said technically it's closed. When I asked the maid come in and you know clean up the dresser because that was disgusting she told me all about the past person that stayed there with their toddler I wish I could upload the video that I took of the air conditioning unit that was completely disgusting with rotting food in it

Scam.

Staff told us we would be charged a $40 deposit that would be refunded to us when we checked out. However a few days later when the charges hit our account they never refunded it. I called to ask why and they claimed we never stayed there. Plus the bathroom had no hot water.

The breakfast was biscuit gravy the biscuits were rock hard and then there was yogurt or waffles.

We switched rooms 3 times. There were bugs!! Stains all over the bed, floor dirty, smoke alarm broke, room smelled bad, lights didn’t work, shower was dirty, no toilet paper. The staff was nice but that’s it.

im will never use booking .com again. ever. why do you even have this kind of place listed?

DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING. except air conditioner worked.. where do you start...dirty pool. dirty hot tub.. MOLD. ice machine broken. door broke to the bathroom had to turn side ways to get in. fitness room was a stockroom. no workout facility like it said in your ad. bugs in shower didn't use. dirty carpet through out. no breakfast but would be afraid to eat anything there, could smell drugs in end room on first floor. think they live there. was paid for next week. canceled it because it was just stinky and gross. charged for 2 nights stayed one and think i should get a refund for ruining our vacation. the health department should close this SLEEP INN down and booking.com should not recommend such a place. shame on you.

Tv didnt work had to wait till the next afternoon for them to fix it, and the wall paper was coming off and there was mold growing and i told the front desk and they didnt seem to care, also didnt have pool towels in the pool area the breakfast wasnt bad just was unclean. It was one of the worse stays i have had at this hotel i wont stay again

Very dirty. The non smoking room had cigarette burns in the carpet, on the desk and even on the bath tub! The bathtub barely drained and the breakfast room was dirty. Everything needed to be cleaned!
