Would never use booking.com again. The lady at the front desk chased us down the hall griping about my friend's puppy that I had already made arrangements for on line and it was rather embarrassing. I felt it could have been handled more graciously.

Never again. Some amenities are necessary for comfort and my stay cost 150 for none.

Seemed new and clean

Booked on the fly off the highway- thought it was reasonable until I had to pay $50 for my 10lb pup for 1 night! (9pm till we hit the road at 9am) Also there was not a single cup in the room! I was told everything is available downstairs because the hotel is “dorm style” meaning I guess there is no ease for older guests. Also the bed was uncomfortable and hard! Clothes hang out in the room - no closet no drawers no cups- Dorm Style indeed! I will not stay in this hotel brand again.

Overpriced, rude employees, broken a/c

The beds were comfy and the property and room were clean.

The staff was not welcoming, rude, and seemed inconvenienced when having to greet and speak to me. They were all sidetracked with their phones, which was extremely rude. The A/C in the room stopped working at some point during the night, so I woke up to a hot room of 74 degrees. I asked for the manager to contact me. She just got back to me via email, instead of calling me, as I requested. She didn't even address my most major concern about the A/C going out. Would not recommend.

Room was very small, with little to no storage. It was a lot like a very cheap dorm room, but the stay wasn't cheap. If I wanted a cramped room with minimal amenities, I'd stay at a Motel 6.

Part of the driveway was dug up and dangerous with poor lighting and poor warning. We could have fallen into the dug up driveway that was at least a foot deep and ruined our vehicle. The warning cones were laying sideways in the ditch.

My favorite hotel to stay at in Elkhart. You definitely get so much value for what you pay for here!

Building was fresh and new. Games in the lobby, snack bar, and breakfast were a great plus.

Bathrooms could have been a little more clean and no microwaves in room but they did have mini fridges. Staff did their job well, but weren't very friendly.

The room was very clean and lovely. The staff was excellent.

I have been charged 3 times on my debit card for the 2 day stay and have been arguing the charges with no assistance. Everyday a new charge comes up for $33.48 or $46.23 and $212.60 then a credit of $160.78 then a new charge of $212.80. It is all blamed on Booking.com yet my bank has stated Tru by Hilton is the one taking the charges. Everyday I’m worried of charges!

Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful when I had issue with closed captioned TV. They tried to fix it. so they moved to other room on same floor. No issue with TV. We were happy about it.

Just wish for more condiments for breakfast. Wish for litte roomy space for our stuff.

Great experience

The staff was amazing to deal with, very friendly and polite. The room was clean and the bed was like any other Hilton property, amazing. The location is pretty convenient if you need to get to the tollway or the grocery.

Room was smaller than your average hotel room for a king, as a solo traveler it felt a little cramped, if you’re traveling as a couple it might be too tight for you two to be comfortable. Breakfast was very minimal as far as options go.
