The parking lot was awful. Too small and the snow wasn’t even plowed when we arrived. If we hadn’t had 4 wheel drive we wouldn’t have gotten in the lot

After a difficult trip through 6 inches of unexpected snow, this hotel was above and beyond. Located right off the highway exit also. The laundry was excellent and convenient as well and affordable…1.50 wash and 1.00 dryer.

ND vs Navy Stay

Location (gas station, highway access, close to ND stadium), friendly staff, good breakfast, reasonable cost for game day weekend, easy parking

The quality of the bed for the cost was just ok. Also, the tub backed up due to hair stuck in the drain. I cleaned it myself out of convenience, even though it wasn't mine. I know that if I asked staff, they would have taken care of it right away.

For the price I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the facility.

You could see the age and lack of maintenance on the building and grounds. The building had black streaks running down the exterior. It could use a good pressure washing or paint job. I never saw such small pillows.

Everything was good. Was unexpectly quiet more than anywhere ive stayed especially for a saturday night.

Bed was somewhat uncomfortable but we boty have back issues as in bulging disc or prior surgery. We're used to purple brand mattress.

We were scared to leave our room

I liked the locked doors to our room.

I was traveling with my granddaughter and we were SCARED! Drunk men roaming the hallways. Very uncomfortable taking the girls for a swim with the construction workers leering at them. I got us up to our room and kept the doors double locked. I was afraid to go out to my car,

We all had a great stay and would definitely love to stay there again.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness was excellent and the pool/spa was so much fun with Mom, kids and grandkids!

The only thing that could be better are the towels at the pool/spa as they were tiny.

Very small pillows, TOLIET DID NOT FLUSH! we complained after we checked in and the clerk said Maintenace man will repair next day. That was Thursday night Monday when we checked out Toilet was never fixed. Had to us ice bucket to flush!

The property is out of date and dirty. I stayed on the first floor and the sheets were not clean, there was red stick substance on the carpet, marker on the walls, and red sticky substance on the ceiling. Additionally the bathroom has bugs in it that seemed to come back over and over. Also, the breakfast food items were old and did not taste right at all. I had a bowl of Cheerios and they were so old that I had one bite before having to throw the whole bowl in the trash. Same with the English muffins and sausage that were served.

Was not impressed. Was actually offered a comp on 2 nights of our stay and it never happened.

The bed itself was comfortable but the pillows were not. The location of the hotel was fairly close to everything so even if you had to Uber it wasn’t bad.

Our room was damp… the pillows were awful. The floor was very sticky. And the shower didn’t drain well so you were standing in ankle deep water throughout the shower. And the a/c never got below 74 degrees.

You lied to me and “the $100 for down payment” which was supposed to be returned to me “5 business days” after I checked out and it’s been almost a month!

It was good stay and close to tournaments

Breakfast was good just wish it start-it earlier. I was there for a volleyball tournament, so one of the days we didn’t get to eat breakfast because it was not ready. Breakfast should start at 6AM.

Breakfast was good Sunday. Saturday we had to leave before 7:00 and the breakfast didn't start until 7:00.

The toilet in the room needs to be stabilized to the ground. Not leaking or anything, just very wobbly when you sit on it.

very clean. The pool was immaculate. The rooms were as well. The breakfast was delicious. Definitely would stay there again. We were there for 8days .
