Good value

Great value and location was convenient for our travel purposes. The room (king bed) was spacious and the bed was comfortable enough. Walls were thin - there was a baby in the room next to us that woke up early and was talkative; we felt like we were right there in the room with him.

Walls could have been thicker - we could hear everything (baby crying/babbling and man coughing) in the room next to us. The room had a connecting door, so that may have contributed to the issue and we were not travelling with the people in that room. Based on the parking lot, there was not that many guests but we seemed to all be in the same area of the motel when we could have been spread out a bit more for privacy.

The room was comfortable Breakfast - yogurt , waffles, and tangerines are awesome. Loved their comp lemon water. Soo good

Shower had a loud noise when on, and the stopper would not stay up. Had to prop it open. Breakfast- eggs and sausage were tasteless, but they were there.

Looks can be deceiving

This place was perfect for what we needed, right area, right price, perfect sleeping conditions, and great staff.

The only thing I can say is looks can be deceiving. This place is older and doesn’t have any of the high tech amenities, but don’t let that fool you. If you need somewhere to crash and sleep well this is your place.

Older hotel, fine if you’re not too picky. Won’t stay there again.

Had troubles getting housekeeping to get room clean - didn’t empty waste basket, left bath mat on floor, folded up used towels, didn’t replace used toiletries and tea packs.

I would recommend if you like soft beds it was clean and staff was friendly.

The rooms was clean and stay was pleasant the shower needed attention.

The beds were too soft they hurt mine and my husbands back, I ask if I could get a harder bed or a refund but they said no refund , no harder beds. So we stayed because we already paid.

Great Overnight Stay in Elkhart

Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. Coffee was above average for a hotel. A nice surprise!

Breakfast was just okay. The unseasoned scrambled eggs likely had dairy added. While it makes the eggs fluffy, it renders them flavorless. In contrast, sausage patties were delicious. Their breakfast won't wow you, but it does the trick.

The first night we were there we are close to the customer service desk. people are having a conversation willing to 113

All the staff was very nice.

The pool is very cold. They said it was 85° but it wasn’t. I feel like it was the couple that went in there when I was in there I have to use Paul for therapy. They were there for 10 minutes and left it was too cold for them to stay. Unfortunately I had to do that like I said I need physical therapy.
