We had a wonderful stay at Hotel de Luna. This family-owned hotel stands out for its exceptional hospitality, with a warm and welcoming team always ready to help.
The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and even better than the photos suggest. The beds and pillows are outstanding, something that’s becoming increasingly rare in many hotels.
The family also owns one of the best restaurants in town, conveniently located next door, so you can look forward to excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.

Everything. Location, room size, beds, staffs. One of the best hotel in ksamil. With car parking. Breakfast was very good and fresh.
Nothing I can think of. Maybe missing coffee/tea packs?

Location, restaurant, parking and the really nice staff
It is not a 4 star hotel. No elevator. Not sure where is the reception. The bathroom was not well maintained and not properly cleaned.
