Alarmed right on the beach.

Great location, good food in the hotel restaurant. Host Jimmy and staff were all welcoming. If you want sea views then get one on one of the higher floors, but there are no lifts.

Great host, great hotel, great views!

Our stay was perfect! The location is so convenient you can walk anywhere and you get amazing beach/sunset views. The room was super clean! We started our day every morning with a coffee from the restaurant in front that is also run by the same owner as the hotel, Chimi. Speaking of Chimi he was an incredible host, he gave us great recommendations and helped set us up with a boat day. He made everything so easy! I truly couldn’t speak more highly about my stay at Hotel De Luna!!

Amazing stay and perfect location for exploring Ksamil and its beaches.

Great location directly on the beach/sea. We had nice room with sea-view. Owner and all staff were very friendly and great hosts. Nice breakfast directly at their own restaurant.

Breakfast was amazing. So much good food. We arrived early for check-in and were let into the room a little early. Great location. We liked that there was no loud music blasting from a nearby club or bar. It was peaceful all night. Bed was comfortable.

We had neighbors from the other apartments out on their balconies, so it would have been nice to have some sort of privacy/sun shade on the balcony.

We stayed here with my toddler and we had a lovely experience. The beach is just a 1-minute walk away, and the on-site restaurant has a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing meals. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome and at ease. Highly recommended. 😍

The property was very clean and the room was made every day. Location could not be better with a beautiful beach right across the street and minutes away from all the pubs and restaurants with a very good restaurant on premise. The thing that really made our stay awesome was the staff. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Parking is available on the property. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location & facilities Room spacious clean w balcony & fridge they provided a beach towel too! The Bkfst was delicious as well as the dinner very popular restaurant on sight overlooking the sea The staff. Owners made this place the best stay for me in all Albania ! So informative & lovely ppl I highly recommend this place

The property is very close to the sea, literally 30 seconds. It was the cleanest I have ever seen. So impressed. Very easy access and parking. Since we were a bit more worried as had a rented car, the owner gave us his personal space so we could feel at ease. P.s balcony sea view and the bring the food wherever u want, room, beach, out front etc.

The location is excellent. In front of beaches, close to a lot of restaurants. The cleaning service was great, they cleaned our room every day. The wifi works perfect. Both the owner and all the restaurant staff were very kind and friendly with us. Breakfast was very good, with omelets or fried eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, sausage, toast and pancakes. Also, coffee, orange juice. Our stay was 10 out of 10.

The hotel is near the beach

In general the hotel was really low quality. The towels, the bed and furniture was all cheap and not comfortable. There was not beach towels included. There were no soap in the bathroom and in general it didn’t feel clean. The walls was so thin so we could hear everything from the room that was next to ours in the hotel next door. We couldn’t use the balcony because the smell from the restaurant kitchen ventilation was so intense.

The manager or owner is very friendly and he helps us in everything. The apartment is perfectly clean and comfortable, exactly in front of the beach, 20 steps away from the sun.

Nice and helpful staff. Good localization. Great restaurant next to the hotel which is run by the self owner. The live rooms look much better than the photos. Very clean.

For me the mattress on the bed was too hard. I did not include it in the opinion because it is a matter of taste.

Fantastic, not long enough

Blew me away. A fantastic family run hotel right across the road from the beach. Restaurant excellent. Staff amazing and friendly. My daughter and I will be back. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a beach holiday.

Very nicely located Hotel right on the beach at a quieter area of Ksamil. Lovely ocean view from the balcony. Restaurant is of good quality, but price wise a bit on the high side. But that's OK given the nice sunset view.

amazing customer service, very caring staff willing to help and coordinate with their guests. beautiful views, directly in front of the public beach of ksamil. everything is in walking distance. I highly recommend this place for families because the water is quite shallow in front of de luna, which makes for a very safe area for children.

Perfect hotel run by such a nice family

I had a truly amazing stay here for 3 nights. The family that runs this hotel is so kind and generous and they go out of their way to make sure that you enjoy your stay. I recommend getting the room facing the water because the view is spectacular. The hotel is literally right across the street from a beautiful beach and is walking distance from restaurants, cafes, and shops. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!
